Just FYI... there's no consultation. I mean the person who answers the phone calls is not a lawyer. That person will ask you some random questions that makes me think why I'm giving them all information on the phone. Then you ask yourself how they decide if you have a case or not without even looking at what you have. I mean common. Just saying... think twice giving them your name and where you are working. Just think... I gave them my info because I don't care about any consequences, but probably you would. I'm not sure if the conversation is confidential or not but who cares

Mr. Gomez and the entire team were fantastic as support representatives in my lawsuit with an major airlines. His office was far better than the attorneys I hired. He is honest and works hard for his clients. I wish I would have gone to him first and if I ever have another legal issue his office will certainly be the first one I call. I needed an Attorney to represent me. I was in a bicycle-car accident and needed them to interface with an insurance company for a settlement. I was on the bike and the police report clearly stated the driver of the car was at fault.
In the end Gomez was able to negotiate a reasonable settlement and actually gave me a break on their normal rate.

So what you're telling everyone is that you're too busy to go after a multibillion dollar hospital that has abused a senior with the family having pictures,videos,and documents from the hospital admitting fault? Sounds to me that your firm can't keep up with hospital attorneys and you'd rather go after fender benders and weak insurance companies. No firm worth their salt would decline taking a case that will bring in high dollar settlements unless you k ow you can't stand your ground against the opposite side.

I am giving the Gomez trial attorneys a poor rating because of the way they handled my case. The issue that I found is that unless there is a boatload of money they will quickly abort your case. They actually had a downsizing (layoff/reduction in force) while I was a Client.
When they realized that the other parties that almost killed me had only the state minimum insurance they dropped me like a hot potato. They still had no problem taking their commission despite not having to do very much work for it.
Do yourself a favor and if you go to their offices to consider being a customer walk around

I was referred to Gomez attorneys by a family member. I had the first meeting with them and they were really informative an nice with me and agreed to take my case.
