Fabulous place for both kids, teens and adults. Power fitness classes and camp for when school is out for the day. Great solution! Birthday party without all the crazy of the huge jumping gyms.

This place is fantastic! Our daughter can't wait to get here every week. She does both tumbling and yoga. Both coach Rhonda and Coach Kellie are incredible coaches! If you haven't had a chance to try this out definitely stop by and give it a shot! Your kids won't regret it.

Rhonda and her team are AMAZING - always positive, energetic and incredibly engaged with children while getting them excited about fitness and exercise! Rhonda has hosted 3 birthday dance parties for my girls, ages 5 and 6 currently, and was able to hold the kids' attention as well as the adults'! She even learned the Whip & Nae Nae specifically for one of the parties and successfully taught everyone else! While she'll tell you she loves her job, you'll see it in her face and on your children's faces! Rhonda is truly the best!

We love PowerKids Sports and Fitness!! All the coaches are great and our 8 year daughter loves loves loves her tumbling class and yoga class. She gets excited in the morning when she knows its a PowerKids gym day. I can't believe some of the things she can do. She loves to show us her moves at home all the time. Super impressive.

Another grand slam by Coach Rhonda and her talented team! PowerKids Sports & Fitness is the place my children actually want to go to have fun and be active. My two boys love the chance to run around and play sports with other kids. I love the fact that they're in good care while getting their energy out in a fun and clean environment. We have tried many places but PowerKids is, by far, our favorite so far!

Mrs Rhonda is nothing short of amazing. She has so much patience and love for the kids along with the academic knowledge to keep us parents comfortable with trusting her with our little ones.
I had both my kids go thru her and they absolutely LOVE her. Give her a try, and I'm sure yours will love her too.

PowerKids is so much fun for my kids. The staff are friendly, energetic, and talented. The kids stay active in a relaxed, structured environment and get to make new friends too! Birthday parties are also a bonus because Rhonda keeps the kids engaged with fun games and music chosen by the birthday boy or girl! My kids ask to go back every week!
