I was referred to Dr. Diehl by a friend of mine living in Kettering.
I needed x-rays and a hip evaluation for a dog I was showing and decided to have Dr. Diehl examine her. Since out the first appt. For Dr. Diehl, caring for our animal companions is more than just a job; it has been a lifelong commitment. Growing up on a farm in southwest Ohio he had early to animals of many types and by nine years of age he knew he wanted to be a veterinarian. He took every opportunity to better his understanding of animal care in both his extracurricular activities and academic pursuits.
We focus on preventive veterinary care to promote and improve overall pet health. Routine check-ups allow us to diagnose, treat and protect your pet from contracting serious, costly and sometimes fatal diseases. From spay and neuter services to more complex veterinary surgical procedures, your neighborhood Alex Bell Veterinary Clinic always operates with safety in mind.
We have a climate controlled environment ventilation system and practice a twice daily disinfection process. We allow owners to bring their home pet beds, toys & other personal belongings to make their pet feel more at home! Most places don't offer this and it is important because pets are trained to not "go" indoors.

I sure wish I had READ reviews before taking my pup here. He looks like he was cut by a drunken sailor. He's a large dog, Bernedoodle, and he hadn't been cut in awhile due to COVID. They shaved him, which was fine, however, I would have preferred that they shaved him EVENLY. His face was not even close to being even and his head looks like a wave of hair, high in the front, chopped in the middle and then high in the back. They had the NERVE to charge us $100 for this nonsense to boot. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I never write reviews....but this one got me

I scouted out this place only to be VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I asked Marcie to give me a bear cut for a puppy and I got this!
I have never been so humiliated and dissatisfied!
I asked her not to cut him short and she did just the opposite!
And nor did my dog Marley get a bandanna!
I will NEVER patronize Exclusively Posh Pets again!
I feel like my dog received and amiture cut for a professional price!

Sorry Deana, you do good work but i won’t be back.
Stood at the front desk for a solid 15 min this morning for my 9:30 appt. while every employee there looked at me from behind a door and promptly adverted their eyes, then carried on while we waited. And waited.
I Found the front desk staff down a hall next door probably discussing weekend plans or something else really important like the finer points of customer service. They informed that it was my fault for not ringing a little bell. I am so sorry. My business seems completely inconvenient!
We run a fairly large business in the community

Not sure where to start my Dad took BoBo to have his hair done ... He was in (we thought was his carrier ) that's what the lady said so I did not get to check him out when I took him home he was in the Wrong carrier ( which she said he was smart cause he jumped down off table into his carrier ) but as said above it wasn't his .. The mats in his hair were everywhere it was like they did nothing to him .. Would not recommend too anyone ... Also my dad left a message 4-7-17 & no one has called back too fix this problem !!! Groomers are very friendly and professional. Facilities are great. The staff really care about the well being of each and every pet. Very willing to work with nervous animals always taking their time to make sure the pet does not get stressed. Also great with geriatric dogs that need to take breaks often and have special mats/flooring. A++ groomers.
