TCore's one-hour cross training sessions build strength and fitness by combining timed intervals with a constantly rotating group of exercises. Each session is designed to produce full-body results. Our cross training classes are competition free, so participants can work at their own pace while being motivated to push past their comfort zone and challenge their body to change.

These classes are the absolute best! T-Core Fitness offers the best classes for group, one on one and HIIT training. Tyler is very knowledgeable and supportive in helping you reach your weight loss and/or fitness goals. T-Core Fitness is Professional, affordable, and has flexible schedules. I have been going to TCorefitness with Tyler for 1 year. He is extremely knowledgeable about diet, weight training and cardio. I was apprehensive when I began because I had shoulder issues. He modified exercises for me and I was able to train. I have made so much progress that I was able to train the day after running Broad Street! I have the pleasure of training with my 21 year daughter which make the work outs a lot of fun. It is a very nice atmosphere whether you're in tip top shape or you can't lift a weight. My husband started training with Tyler about a year ago and after a few weeks of hearing about his workouts and seeing his results and had to go myself. The workouts, while challenging, are always fun and keep your muscles guessing. When I started I had just been diagnosed with a thyroid issue and it was hard for me to keep up my stamina. Tyler helped me to set my own pace and really help me to get passed my symptoms and back to being strong and healthy. He's always encouraging and pushes me to be the strongest me I can be.
