This shop continues to impress me. I can honestly say I won't go to any other tire shop. Louie (owner) and his staff are top notch. Customer service is on point. The quality of work that you receive whether thats tires, wheels, alignment have been on par. My most recent visits were getting my brand new wheels re balanced and getting my alignment corrected from another shop who clearly didn't do it right the first time. I've been here a few times over the last couple of years and will continue to do so. This is truly a gem of a tire shop.

This place was pretty good. I was looking for a place during my 1 hr lunch cause I needed a plug/patch and they were able to help me out quickly and efficiently. I took a liking to the shop and decided to schedule an appt to come back later that week for an alignment. Wesley made the process simple both days and explained everything that was going on. The price was very reasonable and would not mind coming back for my future car/tire needs. The shop was very nicely kept, not dirty at all, and even had a nice waiting area inside. Thank you guys, and once again thank you, Wesley!

Came in for plug and patch on a tire that got a screw in. Was welcomed by a friendly crew. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was chill and honest guy. He brought up the wear on my front tires since I was planning to travel soon and gave me options and prices. I had intentions to buy new ones anyways and the price was great so went ahead and the wait wasn't long. Definitely will do business with em again in the near future

Louis, the owner, greeted me when I arrived. The shop was very clean and organized. There's a nice seating area in the back while you wait.
They explained everything to me every step of the way, and took the time to torque my wheels to the exact specs. They even showed what was wrong with the balancing with one wheel by the other shop that did the work originally (reason for my visit). Louis had several options, which I appreciated.
It was a pleasure working with Louis and the team at Jewel. I hope to be back

Good business, very knowledgeable. Clean and well organised shop and waiting area. Very thorough service, they detected a crack in my wheel rim, called me to get repair approved and had new tire on the next day. Louie, the manager, is very polite, easy access location on Main Street and Compton Street in Gardena.

There are a LOT of tires places around here but this is the best. I called 5 places to get a price on getting some rims taken off tires...their price was half of the next cheapest person. Came here expecting a hole in the wall and found that it's just the opposite. Super friendly and helpful staff, super clean, air conditioned waiting room. Bottom line is check them FIRST. They are honest and you just get the feeling they are good people. Honestly, come here first if you don't want to get my overcharged by a rude dirty place.

I highly recommend Jewel Tire for fixing a flat! They only charged me $10 and had me out of there in minutes! Thanks to Yelp, this facility was only a few miles from where I noticed my flat tire. I would go back even if I was not in the area! The garage was filled with tires so I am sure they are great for tire purchases too! Thanks Jewel Tire!

On Valentine's Day 2014 my AAA guy and I brought my busted tire to this shop. I called ahead to make sure the proper size tire was available, the guy assured me they had the tire I needed. The worked installed my new tire on my car rim and my AAA guy and I headed back to my car where my AAA put the tire back on my car. THE MAN PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRE ON NOW MY CAR WON'T ACCELERATE PAST 55MPH. I have two small babies in my car but they wanted money over wanting to help. Now I'm 50miles away can cant get to the shop till Tuesday because Monday is a holiday YAY me!

Being that I'm a soon to be married man and on a budget, jewel tire was a great find for me. Louie is not only a pleasure to work with, he's knowledgable and honest about pricing and products. They even offered to pick me up from and drop me back off at work so I could save some time. All in all, great place for tires. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

This place is great!!!! I called around and this place had what I needed...USA made all season tires. The tires I got beat Costco's price even with Costco's coupon and also there mile warrenty. I got 4 new tires, free tire rotation every 5,000miles and 60,000 mile warrenty. It also beat Costco's 1 hour or more wait time. I was in and out maybe in 30 minutes without an appoinment, maybe less, since I was talking to the very nice female recptionist I didn't keep track of time, but I left home and came back home in 1 hour. Call ahead to get a price, they are very helpful

Found this place on-line on #Yelp. Absolutely fantastic service! They gave me a sweet deal on "new" used tires. They were able to work with my very low budget LOL. I got 3 of my tires replaced and balanced, one was already flat (eeeeek!), for $35 each tire. Their receptionist Flory was extremely helpful and was the one that worked with me on the pricing. Jorge, their mechanic, was really cool too. I even passed on their info to our fleet manager since they are so close to us for future company business.

This place is not on the main street so it was only randomly that I came across it, with a sign pointing to Jewel Tire on Figueroa. Now let's get to Jewel Tire as a company. I called the day before to get a tire size as they were closing and they definitely had it on hand. Came over first thing the following morning, and they handle my transaction with the utmost professionalism and quickness. Even got $50 off my purchase of all four tires due to yelp. Definitely make your way here if you're in the area or not, they have everything you need when it comes to tires.
