Canine and feline behavior problems can be a real challenge to correct, but with a little forethought and the right information, owners can easily prevent most common problems. Many owners begin their relationship with the new pet armed with misinformation and an idealistic view of the pet-owner relationship.

Dr. Olson has been around veterinary medicine all his life. His father was a prominent veterinarian in Salina, and he spent many, many hours observing and helping around his father's hospital as a young man. Dr. Olson received his undergraduate BS in Biology from The University of Kansas in 1979 and went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University in 1983.
Gloria N. (9/12/2021) All at the hospital are wonderful. They take the anxiousness away from me as well as my cat. Doctor Olson and his assistant are thorough and makes my cat comfortable when she is being examined. The receptionist always has a warm greeting. Jen S. (8/4/2021) I can't tell you how much you feel like "family" every time you walk in the door.

Dr Olson was recommended by a friend. After going to another vet in town and not feeling comfortable in their ability to care for my pet I wanted a new vet. Dr Olson has been great and we are so glad we transferred care. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, we've had a great experience so far.

I was a little nervous bringing my dogs here for the first time because one of them is extremely fear aggressive with veterinarians. Dr. Olson charmed him with his gentle spirit and before you know it he had done the whole check up without a peep from my dog who would have normally tried to bite him. The exam was very thorough and I even received a written report via email that went into full detail about the exam. The price was equivalent to other vets and they were very conscious about doing treatments that would cost more than I could afford. Suggesting cheaper treatments before moving into

Took my dog here for his FREE check up and was hit with ye' ol' do a bunch of stuff you haven't asked for then charge you at the end of the visit and not mention pricing ONCE beforehand...
They ran tests I did not ask them to perform (swabbed inside his little bum) on my dog I just got him from the Humane Society where a vet cleared him to leave the facility just a day before. Charge for that test was $43.50
They tried to tell me to feed him a special dog food the vet said he would GIVE me to feed to the dog for three days (not even sure why)...turns out it was a huge bag they
