Services
The doctor team at Indian Hills Animal Clinic firmly believes in the value of an annual or semi-annual complete physical examination. Whether you have a new puppy, kitten, or an old friend, our goal is to maximize your pet's health.
Our physical exams are scheduled to give our nursing and doctor team a full 30 minutes with every client, thereby ensuring enough time for a thorough exam and discussion of any overall health concerns, questions and laboratory needs. Our pediatric exams not only include a complete physical exam, but also owner education on common puppy and kitten behaviors and temperaments.

IHAC has a team of four veterinarians with varied backgrounds of interests and experience. They work as a team and often collaborate on cases to ensure your pets get the best case management and most favorable outcome possible. Dr. Neisius spent most of her childhood growing up in Wichita, KS. She attended Kansas State University where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the KSU College of Veterinary medicine in 2005.
At Indian Hills Animal Clinic, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
Every effort is made to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable. Following examination of your pet, the veterinarian or nurse will provide a written estimate of the services needed. The estimate includes recommended laboratory tests, procedures, medications, supplies, nursing care and hospitalization.
Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person's ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if it is lost or stolen. As veterinary medicine is increasingly employing expensive medical techniques and drugs, and owners have higher expectations for their pet's health care and standard of living than previously, the market for pet insurance has increased.

What a wonderful experience. We were in town for a few days when our special-needs kitty suddenly became ill. I did a quick google search and found this clinic. I requested an appointment via their online system and they got back to me quickly and were able to see us that morning!
The staff was super and we really liked Dr. Beetch. She was very pleasant and gentle with our little Charlotte. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly, told us what may have caused the issue and had a suggestion to help avoid the problem in the future. Our regular vet liked Dr. Beetch's ideas so we

I took my spiny soft shell turtle Petrie in after he got sick. I called and they were beyond nice. They took the time to chat with me and relay info the the vet that was extremely busy that day. I had called other vets that just blew me off. It was so refreshing to have someone take the extra effort to insure my little guy was ok. I took him in the next day got a x-ray and was able to talk to the vet. She was great she listened to my concerns and acted like she actually cared. They just got themselves a new customer. I'll keep them busy with my 3turtles 2dogs and a crazy cat. Lol.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I now have 2 animals that I take there and the nurses and vets are so attentive to my babies. I took my kitten in for a checkup and they were giving her kisses and cuddles the whole time. The whole staff is so friendly and answers all of your questions. I recommend them to everyone with an animal!

I took my dog Tippy in for his annual exam and shots. Excellent care, but a bit pricey. I'll keep bringing him back because the staff are so good with him. They gave me detailed information in writing regarding his functioning in all areas, and even emailed me a copy of his lab work and a dental estimate.

We brought my cat Cloud there, to get a cortizone shot for his auto immune disease which is not curable, but manageable. They refused to give him his shot, and generally check him, their reason being because of his age. He's 13 years old. We took him to El paso veterinary hospital where they checked him out thoroughly. Not only did he severly need his shot, he had worms and a yeast infection in his ears, so badly that they felt the need to clean them, themselves. Meanwhile I'm sure that if we had insisted with indian hills, he'd be close to death. This veterinary clinic was not sufficient in any

We certainly keep this place busy! We bring our dogs, cats, ducks, parrot in when we need to, and have been very happy with the Veterinarian and her staff! The clinic is clean, well maintained, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable! Our 15 yr old dog, Prince Charming comes in for lazer treatments, and his tail goes 100 mph when he knows we are going there for his back pain. When he comes out, he acts like a 15 month old pup, not a 15 yr old senior citizen! He gives a 5 tails up rating!

I love this office. I've been taking my baby there since she was a pup and she is almost 15 yrs old now. They were amazing after we were hit by a tornado and they took great care of my girl while we cleaned up and found a new home. I feel they truly care about my Cleo rather than how much money they can get out of me. They are always upfront with costs and provide options when ever they can.

I've never been to a vet that had so much compassion and love for your fur babies!! They come highly recommended from our furry family to yours!! Affordable but most off all loving staff. I wish I could say more but words don't express how amazing and deeply touched we are by them. Thank you so much to all of you at Indian Hills Animal Clinic off Sheridan for taking care of all our babies!!

Oh my, where do I begin. My 8 year old boxer has been limping a lot and we never really take her to vets but this seemed like an issue she couldn't just get over. I have heard great things about this company so i decided to bring my girl here and I am soooo glad I did!! Dr. Jenna Hill has helped my girl out so much and always has super nice things to say about her. She really cares for my dogs and I completely trust her and the whole crew there. The only thing i'll say is that it is a bit more expensive than i'd expect or am even used to but as long as they help my dogs out and get

When we moved, we knew we'd need a new vet. We tried by phone to get in with 1 nearby and they were just too swamped! My husband stopped in Indian Hills Animal Clinic to see about scheduling an appointment and they were very kind. It was with heavy hearts that we needed to follow-up with our old dog. Dr. Beetch was extremely compassionate and thoroughly explained that it was time for his end-of-life decision. The whole staff couldn't have cared for our doggie AND us any better! Thank you.

We have been bringing our fur babies here since 2016, and I have never been unsatisfied with them! Through checkups, small procedures, and one extensive surgery, our animals have always been in good hands here. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Staff always takes time to educate and explain various details of treatment and they love our animals almost as much as we do. When you leave your fur babies here, you know they are going to be well taken care of.

I have been to the 13th street office twice and have been impressed with the vets and the staff there being caring and professional. I liked my former vet and her staff but they had a very brusque receptionist who was all business which with a few other issues ruined it for us going back there. The ladies at the desk are kind and caring and I appreciated the follow up call after our 2nd visit to check to see how the meds were working and the welcome letter after our first visit.
