Kirsten is a Seattle wellness expert and movement coach focused on guiding individuals to discover their healthiest life through fitness, nutrition, and a means of constant balance.
Based on your goals, fitness level, medical history and schedule, not only will you receive customized coaching, but complete wellness management to create your healthiest life possible.

By correcting movement pattern inefficiencies; increasing strength, flexibility, stability and endurance; shifting lifestyle and nutritional patterns; and enhancing mindfulness, I safely and consciously bring the body to a place of balance where the goals are infinite and high performance living happens.This 20 min call is your opportunity to learn about my style of coaching and how it differs from other options out there.
This is where training becomes more than just training. You are multi-dimensional and learning how to take the time to slow down, recover, press pause, take care of you, and regenerate is essential to reaching your goals and living a healthy and balanced life. And as much as it's important to train your physical body, it's important to also make the same investment in your mental health and well-being.
Online coaching includes detailed workouts, nutritional guidance, virtual support, email access, and more (all based on your specific needs and requests). This coaching is completely customized and designed for the individual who is unable to work with me in-person but desires the same amount of contact, attention, accountability, and support as in-person clientele.
My approach to nutrition is simple: healthy-ish and clean-ish eating, easy planning, education, and meal plans designed with a foodie in mind. Taking a holistic and habit-based approach to nutrition, I work with you to create a customized program based on your specific needs and goals while helping you find ease in creating healthy habits and the knowledge base to live a healthy, balanced and sustainable life.
