Boxing gyms are different because everyone is trying to do the same thing with different stages and abilities. I LOVE this place. It is in essence a cool boxing gym where you can g to sharpen your craft as a novice or as a professional. Very little ego and bull that sometimes you in get boxing gyms. Excellent merch..tees and sweaters if you are in to that type of stuff. Front desk is mad cool..What's up Buswick? My schedule at work changed so I had to join another gym. However I will be back! I miss all of you guys and women!

The trainer, Aaron Sifflet, was rude and acted unprofessional. First incident is when he was about to begin and I was almost done wrapping my hand. I didn’t want to hold the class and so I stepped to the side so I can finish it. I have had injuries before so I wanted to be careful. He told me to just go and I said please start without me I don’t want to be injured. He then mocks me and then says no we can all wait for you. I understand to a certain degree but it was individual station and I did not want to injure myself again from hitting bags without proper preparation. Then the second incident

Tried their one-month discounted membership for new members. Loved the structure of the group classes. For the main part of the class, they divide people into 4-5 groups with each group doing some sort of boxing or strength/core exercise in quick rotations. The format kept it interesting (instead of say a grid of punching bags) and also allowed for exercises with the trainer as well. Highly recommend trying it out.

I joined in the beginning of January as a beginner to boxing. I had previously tried out Rumble, Everybody Fights and Title - none of those compare to Work Train Fight. Each trainer truly cares about you; they work with each person in their class to better their punches, stances and conditioning techniques. They are the only gym that does 1x1 sparring excersizes during regular classes which really improves ones confidence and skills.
The owner is there every day checking in on every one and making those personal connections. This is such a great facility, I genuinely look forward to coming here

This place is on the same block as my office so I used to go her back when they offered kickboxing as well as boxing. Well, I returned a few years later when I joined the dreaded ClassPass in an effort to broaden my horizons beyond running and biking around the park.
The owner, Alberto, is a super nice guy, and the same goes for every trainer i've met here. It's clean, the locker rooms continue to be excellent (3 showers in the girls' one), and the classes are challenging. Honestly, if I had to say a bad thing about the place it's that I left my most recent class here with

This place is the real deal. I only came here because I had purchased a bloomspot for fitness classes.
The staff is nice and the class was intense. I need a real job so that I can actually afford boxing here because the guys that work here are ohh yeah!
The other day I saw them on Empire Girls so people get to this place before they get too hollywood and wanna start raising prices!
