Apartments with attached garages also available. Phase 2 - Parking included with apartment in two-level gated parking garage. 1 free space for 1 Bedrooms and 2 free spaces for 2 bedrooms.

My almost 60 y/o mother lives here and her upstairs neighbors throw huge parties every other night. I have talked to them several times and they continue. She is currently quarantined for Covid and is forced to sit inside her apartment with the most awful and shrill fire alarm that has been sounding for almost half an hour which goes off every couple of weeks for no apparent reason. When there is a real fire we will likely all burn up due to the amount of false alarms in this building.

So I had an appointment to go tour the complex this morning and drive all the way there which from Deep Ellum is about a 40 minute drive with traffic each way. My birthday was on Sunday and instead of getting greeted with a happy belated birthday, I get a “sorry your ID expired 2 days ago, we can’t let you see any of the property.” WHAT??! Even after telling them the situation they refused to let me see the complex and asked me to come back with my passport....again, WHAT?! By far, this is THE BEST place to live in Addison! Been here more than a year and love it, I just re-signed..
Excellent location in Addison near all the fun. Beautiful looking apartments with rock/stone on the outside(rather than just boring brick)/wood floors/spacious apartments with big balconies/private garages, beautiful property with Trees/Nature everywhere(Huge plus for me) in Addison Circle with walking paths, benches to rest, parks and restaurants walkable/scattered throughout, clean and safe as well.
The staff here is AMAZING!! Kristina in the front office is excellent and goes above

- past tenant issues and lawsuits pending from their negligence and falsified fees that come with entrapment and bad faith contracts after they have chosen to not only put all residents at risk of danger during their demolition of our homes
but also the "hush" contracts that were given to the tenants that lost

Do not live here. It's slowly gone down hill and this place is not a place you want to live. Kelly the head of the office is horrible she doesn't care about anyone. The other staff in the office is great but KELLY doesn't care. If you do choose to live here do not pay for a parking spot because they don't care. People would park in my spot and nothing would happen. I called the tow truck company and I was told that they are not even towing from that building.

The staff at Allegro are seriously amazing. They are always responding quickly to any questions I have and are very friendly. We haven't had any issues and since the construction ended it's generally very quiet! Our dogs love the little courtyard to hang out in and we enjoy all of the amenities. They make sure we're happy here!

Great floor plans and interior design. Awesome location. Lots of great places within walking distance (e.g. dry cleaning, convenient store, dog park, restaurants, bars). We have a great view of Kaboom town each year, and we can walk to Taste of Addison and Oktoberfest. Right off the tollway, which makes nearly every location in the DFW area a less than 20 min drive. Good parking for residents and guests. Quick response time to maintenance requests. The pool is nice. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The worst. 9 fake fire alarms. Our ceiling and 3 windows flooded in June from the roof. They didn't fix anything and said they couldn't. I live with insane pounding on the walls constantly from the now year long construction. Our windows are covered in plastic so we don't get natural light. We have called them 5 times to fix the short in our bedroom/bathroom and it's hasn't been fixed in 17 months. They won't let us out of our lease. The roads have been shut down close to our building. I'm so over it. Don't move here cause it sucks.

I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex. Ongoing construction for 8 months now that is very disturbing when trying to work from home on a weekday. Not to mention the fire alarm goes off at least once a week with the same robotic email that gets sent to tenants- I have over a dozen of these emails from them which seem copy/pasted. There is absolutely no reason the fire alarm needs to go off this many times and despite the amount of times it has gone off, there is no solution. What frightens me most is if there ever was a day this building were to be on fire, we wouldn't know the difference

Writing this as the alarms go off at 9am on a Sunday morning--random alarms going off is not a rare occurrence. They started construction in July (due to black mold infestation literally causing units to be physically uninhabitable, but they won't tell you that) and said it would be a 3-4 month process. Absolutely regret signing a lease here. Two biggest issues are no security and never ending construction. Anyone can enter the parking garage next to the leasing office, which resulted in my car being broken into. Way overpriced for what you get, doesn't come close to being luxury. Poor insulation in apartments, which would explain why maintenance guys are trying to install it last minute before winter. Greystar should be ashamed of themselves for the development of this property.

Just because I can't half a star, and all because of management. Not only are they inattentive, they are careless and unprofessional. One of the leasing agents, Kristina, began verbally attacking me out of nowhere when I was trying to resolve an issue. Immediately got defensive and could not admit she had made a mistake. I just recently moved in this week and there have been many issues which I have been patient with because I understand that things happen, but now that management has been blatantly disrespectful towards me I question if these previous "mistakes" were made with malicious

The maintenance team isn't in a hurry. We put in a maintenance request 5 days ago and still haven't seen anyone.

Courtyards are completely torn up and have been since June - no solid end date for the construction. Debris and dust fills the balcony and the noise starts at 7:30 and doesn't stop until after 5pm. The doors are so poorly insulated that there's a permanent ring of dust around the patio door from the construction.
Management told us it's all due to water getting in between the sheet rock - so big

Beware before moving in: although I paid for a tandem garage my 2nd vehicle that remained parked in the back was broken into 4 times in 4 months! I called the office several times to complain about the matter but all that was ever done was an email was sent out informing residents. I've had about $4000 worth of items stolen from my vehicles and garage, and another $1500 in damages. One time all 4 windows were broken out of my car. The last time my garage was broken into and had been taken off the tracks I called a couple more times to speak to a manager but there was never one available I

Roaches everywhere.
We have repeatedly brought this to the management's attention, with pictures and proof, but they haven't been able to get their roach problem under control. I wouldn't recommend living here if you don't want to find roaches in your bed, kitchen, bathrooms, public walkways, and anywhere you can think of. We are considering moving out due to what we believe is an infestation.

We were very impressed with our visit to Allegro. They were easy to schedule with and great about showing us everything we wanted to see and answering our questions.
PROS:
The location here is pretty perfect. It's walking distance to Addison Circle, but not so close as to be right in the thick of the noise and traffic. It also has extremely easy access to the Tollway which I always appreciate.
The pool and hot tub on the roof are as awesome as they look in the pictures, and I really liked the private bungalows they have up there for rent.
The apartments themselves are modern and sleek
