I’m giving 5 stars ONLY because of Rachel - the property manager. She is a true gem and cares about all the residents. She goes above and beyond for her resident family.
I’ve lived on this property for 7 years and I know personally how it is living here. If I could afford to go elsewhere and still be in a safe area I would’ve left a long time ago. This place is absolute chaos and something is always wrong. But since Rachel has been the PM she’s slowly started to make positive changes. She takes the time to listen to the tenants truly stoves to make a difference.
I’ve lived on this property for 7 years and I know personally how it is living here. If I could afford to go elsewhere and still be in a safe area I would’ve left a long time ago. BEWARE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Yesterday I had the privilege of removing myself from hands down the worst management and neighbor I have ever encountered. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you want your health and security made any priority, they will not accommodate. Within 5 months of a year lease, I am free.
First, the walls are less than paper thin (zero exaggeration) and you will hear every sigh, step and adult noise your neighbors make as if you are in their bed with them. Second, I could not receive my mail for over a month after someone broke into the boxes (mine included) to which management did not change

Long time Resident, friendly and helpful staff.. I lost my cell phone months ago and out of the blue, Josie at the office calls me and asks if I had lost my phone.. A maintenance worker found it and turned it to the office. The Ladies at the office charged my phone and recognized my picture and called me to let me, they had my phone. Thank you Country Square Drive Apartments Staff!!

My husband and I moved in over the weekend. We weren't able to see the apt in advance but were pleasantly surprised! The make ready team did a great job. We love our apt. Adrianna has been a delight to work with. We didn't have hot water to the kitchen,but after putting in a maintenance request, Juan had it fixed promptly. So far we are very pleased with our decision to move here.

Have lived here for the past 7 months with my kids and honestly am very happy with my experience. Very communicative front office staff and a great maintenance team that handles issues quickly and efficiently. Also, they handled our snow Armageddon awesomely. Kept everyone informed with many emails and acted quickly with all issues. Seriously one of my favorite maintenance teams at an apartment complex. Thanks Juan for fixing my dishwasher! Hand washing dishes with two toddlers gets old soooo fast!

Well we finished our year lease and love these apartments so much we signed on for another year. I have lived in many apartments/homes, and this is the first time I've ever renewed a lease. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of everything and are attentive and courteous. Never had an issue with either. I love the location (neighbors are pretty quiet) plenty of parking PLUS the assigned carport with no extra charge. Most apartments charge extra for an assigned carport. They keep the grounds clean and have been very accommodating during this year with Covid. I have heard so many

I just moved here January of 2021 and couldn't be more pleased with the pleasant, courteous and efficient customer service I have received thus far from the folks in the office. The area has been quiet with minimal traffic and the spot I'm in is perfect for my needs. My only regret is I didn't sign a 12 month lease rather than a 6 month.

Please do not move here. I read the prior reviews and saw that they had new management a year ago so I gave it a shot. The rent was cheap and they were willing to provide a military discount. When I moved in I consistently had ants in my room, closets and bathroom. Had pest control come by and spray down twice and nothing changed. Continued to get ants everyday and I'm not talking about a couple until winter hit. The front desk is extremely rude and inconsiderate. There was only one good person and she shortly left after signing the lease. Not surprised since they always have a hiring sign. There

I just moved here and I really should've listened to the reviews it's an awful complex. There are potholes everywhere. There is no parking and you can only have one spot per unit you are not allowed to pay for additional car covered spots. Management isn't willing to work with you at all for anything. And my car was towed for $300 because I parked in a spot that wasn't clearly marked as a spot you could not park in.

Horrible place to stay, the staff always sends the maintenance people to your apartment for repairs that we never requested. They come by and enter my apartment when i'm at work. I was glad to leave this place when my lease was up. They claim its for the city to send them to my apartment for repairs and then try to charge me for the repairs they are a bunch of scam artists. Everyday I woke up there were small little snake like worms in the carpet, I would find huge dead roaches right in the middle of the kitchen floor every morning. Worst apartment I've ever lived at!!
The apartment noise is HORRIBLE!!
People laying on their horn at all hours of the night.
People blasting Music in their cars and hanging out in the parking lot.
Also, was 1-2am and there was a BBQ going on outside in the parking lot with loud music, and kids running around in the street!!
Almost daily there is kids playing soccer in the parking lot and kick the ball into cars and then take off running!!!

I've lived here for two and a half months, and I've had a seemingly endless number of problems, both with the apartment and the management.
1. Roaches. They claim they spray, but apparently it's not doing anything as I've had roaches on 4 separate occasions over a 2.5 month period.
2. The AC recently broke, and the maintenance guys would not answer the phone. My apartment was 87 degrees and I had to stay in a motel. They refused to compensate me for my motel stay.
3. Refrigerator. My refrigerator broke twice. Both times it broke, I had to throw out the food in it, and again

Please don't move here, my husband and i lived here for about a year and it was the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. There is a bug infestation and when you try to set up and apt to have someone come and spray, they never show up. Before we moved in our stuff i went in the apt and shampooed the whole carpet, both downstairs and upstairs. Its so old the only solution would be to just replace it but they wont do that. The walls are painted with some lead paint that make it impossible to wipe down anything. I agree with management not being very professional, every time i went

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived at! The parking is horrible you are always fighting for a spot. My truck got keyed three times and someone slashed my room mates tires. The maintenance sucks! everything breaks and it takes them weeks sometimes months to fix it. The staff at the office is a bunch of young dump girls with no clue on how to run an apartment. When I finally moved out after 7 weeks I hadn't received my deposit I went down their and they told me they never sent it out to corp. The law is 30 days to return your deposit and I'm on week 7 and all they could say was

I've been here four years. The management team here is quite good! Have not waited for service, surprisingly, even though this is multi family living.
Everything done including prompt replacement of AC unit when it went out. Light bulbs, air filters, oven, outlets, no matter what was replaced it was followed up by front of office. Packages are notified promptly. I work from my apartment.
Quiet area, close to everything. You can live in ease. Neighbors are friendly. Right off the Addison strip nightlife
