This location does not communicate very well with residents. I'm still waiting for weather stripping. The way he said he was going to order it seemed it was going to be to big and will make it hard to open the door. I'm also still waiting for the bathroom ceiling to be fixed from a leak that happened going on about 3months or so now. I really dont think this staff cares about how anyone's apartment looks or is.

If I could rate a minus star I would. This place is a nightmare, lived here for 3 years, never been late called for pest control (this place is infested with roaches) they never sent the pest control, maintenance did horrible jobs, took super long come fix things the leasing staff is rude, bullies and treat the residents HORRIBLE!!! this place is a SCAM I gave my notice to move out on the 3rd and was there another 3 days to leave this place ready move in (even though I'm a dialysis patient ) I. Managed to clean it and they stole my deposit and on top of that theyre charging me for 6 days instead

The assistant manager Nancy is so kind and very pleasant. She was very easy to work with during the whole process of applying and leasing. The one bedroom apartment turned out better than i thought it would be! I love that theres carpet in all rooms n hallways except for the kitchen, dining and bath! Veronica was also very nice and very funny. Thank you Nancy for everything!

I got a 6 days notice from previous apartments stating we needed to move due to the snow storm last month my apartment was un livable, went to Hutton Creek and their office team was able to get me in an apartment right away, I just want to thank Veronica, Nancy and Liz for being so helpful and making my move to my new home very pleasant. Great people and great place to live!

It has been 3 months now that i moved into these apartments. It has truly been a blessing. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Nancy was so nice to answer all my questions and still does. These are one of the best apartment I have ever lived in. Thank you to the maintenance crew. They are amazing! Not to mention, the whole staff in the office has awesome customer service.
