I wish that I looked at the reviews before becoming a member at this gym. After experiencing what I have experienced it seems that other people have had the same issues which was the contract that they do not discuss with you and it is sad. They are not transparent and will enourage you to sign up ASAP without fully discussing with you the details. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BE AWARE. their service was good, but it feels wrong knowing that you are getting screwed up while workout out lol. I recommend other gyms that are transparent and the information is clear.

Extremely unprofessional, I called to ask for contract/invoice copies due to me missing patments due to COVID last year and had been told I would get them emailed. Next day contacted boxing inc university and MARISSA sales aasociate was so RUDE, said nothing was there and she couldnt do anything to help or get me anyone to talk to. Kept telling me… “call back later” even when I asked the times to call back or when manager would be in she would say “I don’t know”, barely gave me supervisor or manager number after arguing for over 10 mins. Great place to get a great work out been coming to boxing inc for awhile now and have tried pretty much every trainer at both locations classes but the north locations are by far my favorite! Trainers take time to answer any questions I have and change their workout frequently so they’re always a challenge I strongly encourage anyone trying to learn boxing or kick boxing or just looking for some fun cardio to try out this location

If you're looking for a place to kick your butt but make it fun and motivating you found it. Boxing Inc has made such a positive impact in my like with helping me reach my fitness goal and making me feel like a new person over all. The trainers are amazing and knowledgeable and always ready to help. Highly recommend!!!

I didn't have a great experience. I've never been a boxer so I joined hoping to learn boxing skills and get in shape but what I got was just immature instructors and front desk people who really didn't seem to care if I was making progress or learning anything.
I found the instructors and the front desk people to not be helpful to a beginner. Needless to say I was gone after a month of very little interaction or help with what I was learning. You would think they would want to sustain a membership but they didn't even try. I think they just wanted me to pay more for a personal instructor since

I used to be a member a few years ago. The gym manager has a problem with age. I was in my late 60's and he chided me everyday for that and no matter how well I got at boxing and combos, a lot of the people who had been there longer didn't want to pair up with me for sparring. There is an absence of support for older people. If the manager would just go away, I would love to go back at my age of 73.

Boxing Inc is not enforcing mask policy. Throughout the pandemic, they have continuously posted publicly images and videos of customers and instructors not wearing masks in their gyms. These videos are from the pandemic era as others in the background are wearing masks, but not everyone is. I have contacted them multiple times about it, and instead… of enforcing masks or at least not sharing maskless posts, they proceeded to block me. I have been a paying gym member for years now, and I am appalled at the way they are handling severe safety issues.

I joined Boxing Inc North on day one. The members are great; I have many gym friends I will dearly miss as well as my instructors. The facility is fairly well equipped and despite no early am classes or tues /thurs morning classes the schedule is accommodatingly extensive. All that to the gym's credit, management's incompetence caused me to cancel my 2 1/2 year membership and 3 times a week personal training sessions.

I would not even give this gym 1 star. Dont ever come to this gym they love scamming people into their contracts which is impossible to get out of even if you are in the military and have moved to where there is no boxing in town. And also haven't been since October of 2017.... To all my fellow Pima college students dont fall into this trap. Also my past TMC coworkers dont attend they will make it impossible to leave even with actual reasons.Go to LA fitness they even have a punching bag and classes you can attend.Me and my husband started out at boxing inc in October 2017 and have used our
