We've created a transformative program that allows you to learn the art of pole dance in your unique style. All classes on the Class Schedule are included within the membership. The thriving Zensual community is a friendly, goal-oriented group of like-minded, bad-ass people. Most beginners start with zero experience.
Each zensual workshop experience is structured so that you can shine no matter what your fitness or confidence level. Build a basic understanding, learn key concepts, and practice your newfound skills in an environment that is safe, professional, and tasteful. That said, workshops always have a dance party vibe so come relaxed and ready to learn.
We are a safety-focused group-The classes are small, the mood is light, and students are welcoming. A Zensual pole dancing class is a place of adventure, badassery, and exploration. Attend one class, come occasionally or become a Zensual Academy Member to attend drop-in classes, series and be enrolled in the Zensual Academy.

I just love this studio! I've only been a member for about a month and I already feel like I have another new family here. Everybody is so welcoming and so kind. The teachers are fantastic and make sure you are confident and understand each dance and push you to do your best! Micaela is an angel and I always look forward to her classes.

I’ve been attending classes here on and off for over a year now. I have always had absolutely phenomenal experiences with individual teachers/classes, and management is superb. If you have a problem or question, there is always someone happy to talk to you about it. I cannot recommend this studio or its people highly enough!

We did this for a bachelorette party (8 of us) and every person left with a huge smile on our faces. We wished we had done two hours instead of just one.
Our instructor was sweet and very funny. We spent the first half learning a chair routine and the second learning pole routines. Some poles spin and some are static. The spin definitely made it easier but also made you slightly dizzy if you were on it too much.
We loved how we were able to get a private lesson for a reasonable price. And not to mention it was a great work out all of us were sore on our upper bodies the next morning!

Booked a pole dance class here for my birthday this past weekend and had such a great experience! There were 9 of us girls in total and Clarissa was our instructor. She made sure we had a great time. From the music selections, to making sure everyone got the moves down and had fun! We definitely plan to come back for another class!

I went to my first class today and really enjoyed it. It was fun, a good workout, and a nice environment. I'm very shy and not very coordinated, but Shikendra was awesome and patient, and made me feel really comfortable. The other students were also really nice and helpful. Will definitely come back!

I had my first class at the studio recently and it was an extremely fun experience. I took the Powerstrip class with Clarissa and she’s a wonderful instructor! I was a little hesitant, because it was my first time taking a class of this kind, but Clarissa and the positive energy from the entire class really put me more at ease. I’m definitely looking forward to checking out the other classes!

I came here for my Dirty Thirty and had a BLAST!! Clarissa, owner, was SUPER HELPFUL from the start of planning and what I would want for my celebration. She was like a friend you would converse with on a regular basis on the phone. Truly love her personality!!

I've been taking classes at Zensual since February and I absolutely love it!! I was hesitant to take pole classes because I'm kinda shy and not a "sexy" dancer. I learned that stuff didn't matter! The instructors are VERY welcoming and encouraging!! All the women in the classes are very friendly as well, it's definitely girl power there! I've taken chair dance, pole flight fitness, pole tricks, and pole dance. They also have specialty workshops. Everything from learning to getting upside down on the pole to hip hop. Okay Now. This was super fun. I went to a class with one of my girl friends to Wall work w/ the instructor Clarissa. Her class was so fun and it was a nice work out. I did arrive late but definitely came just in time for the good parts. As women we definitely want to fill beautiful and sexy that was surely accomplished at Zensual's. These classes are great for girls night out, birthday parties or for getting in shape.
I would highly recommend going to Zensual dance fitness classes...Clarissa is a great instructor and she was very nice.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Zensual Dance Fitness!!! I play a lot sports and I was looking for something that can bring out my girliness. I thought pole dancing would be great way to minimize my tomboy ways. Now I have tried pole dancing before and I enjoyed it but never stuck with it. I decided to make a goal to find a place and do the classes for at least 90 days. I have always wanted to take a pole dancing class, but have always put it off until another girlfriend of mine brings up the subject again. This time, I was able to join a few friends for a birthday group. Boy, were we in for a surprise!
Let me tell you that am I glad that we decided to do it as a private group instead of just taking a random class. I was contacted by two personnel from the office to get everything set up for our class that Friday. The first phone call I received was from the manager, I believe, and she broke everything down of what the class would entail. She asked for my perspective

I threw a birthday party here, due to location and price, and flexibility! I shopped different studios in the DFW metroplex, But Zensual offered the most bang for my buck!! I have to say I was not disappointed Clarissa, stuck with me every step of the way!!! I had some adjustments, like any birthday girl, she wasn't rude, or impatient with me. She is very fun and festive!!! She made me more excited about my party than I already was!!! We could decorate, our playlist was customized to my liking! I could not have asked for a better party!!!!

Bands won't make me dance, but Zensual sure will. I got to try out a pole fitness class here with a friend who was curious about this spot. She got into pole dancing at The Girls Room and was curious to explore another dance class.
