Our purpose is to help your student achieve their maximum potential by assuring that educational institutions provide the appropriate support and accommodations required by law. Windsor Law LLC has over 10 years of experience with all types of federal, state and local regulations defining the rights of special needs children and adults, and how educational support must be provided.
During her career in education, Jane Windsor learned to coordinate programs for her special needs students. Through her passion for the children she taught, Ms. Windsor decided to become an attorney, specifically for the purpose of increasing her ability to support parents of special needs children.

Fully 30% of our student population has some sort of educational issue. Students, parents of students and their families are often in a great deal of distress because of their struggles in and with schools. Advisory consultations allow us to gather information and determine if there is a matter for which a legal remedy exists.

Do not buy into the promises and claims that Jane Windsor and her cohorts makes, completely unprofessional and the worst of counsel. If by "playing the system" was how she passed the BAR exam, then know you will not get any real legal help. Money up front and undelivered objectives; about the only thing they do well is collect money upfront. Too many students have fallen prey to this woman and lost their money. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

My family was pleased and extremely satisfied with the services provided by Attorney Jane Windsor. My son's Middle School attempted to suspend my son or transfer him to Triad in lieu of Expulsion for his 8th grade year.. Thanks to Jane, she was able to reach an agreement to send him to one of the Charter Schools. My son who has ADHD impulsively did something dumb that was not appropriate as a student. However, he did not do anything violent or drugs. The punishment directed by the School was excessive in comparison to the offense he committed. Jane Windsor of Windsor Law is an amazing attorney and education advocate for your child. I had the good fortune to have Jane for 2 years. She worked tirelessly for my child in both public and private school system. She was present at every IEP meeting and is a great negotiator, advocating for whatever is needed for accommodations and services. WON my case. I absolutely LOVED working with Jane the whole process through. Jane is a truly amazing professional who will fight for you as hard as she can. Jane is very honest in her dialogue, and is constantly in communication with you. I personally had a great experience, Jane was so sweet and kind , she was patient with me, helped me throughout my process and never left me alone.
