Ultrasound is one of the best, noninvasive, non-painful way to evaluate fluid-filled and soft tissue organs in pets. These organs include the pet's liver, spleen, kidney, pancreas, eyes, lymph nodes, testicles, intestinal tract, prostate, uterus/ovaries and heart. Ultrasound systems uses sound waves to painlessly penetrate a pet's organs and capture images.
Stem cells are powerful healing cells in your pet's body that can become other types of cells. There are many adult stem cells in fat tissue. Stem cell therapy allows us to isolate stem cells from your animal's own (autologous) fat tissue, wake them up, and reintroduce them directly into damaged areas.
Dr. North is our MOVES veterinary internal medicine partner in the Tampa region. She is available to perform consultations and advanced internal medicine procedures including ultrasound and endoscopy at Suncoast Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center. Dr. North has lived in many different locations and considers herself a Foreign Service "brat".

I went there as an emergency after my dog got hit by a car and our regular family veterinarian was closed. I called ahead of time to make sure my dog would be able to be seen since I didn’t have money on me at the moment because we just bought a property then our puppy caught the pneumonia and I paid cash to our vet. but I had proof (bank statements) that I make almost 8,000 a month and my credit is fair because of a lack of credit history (I pay everything cash, I’ve never made payments for anything) not because of derogatory marks but I was able to make payment for any cost of care and they

My big black lab, Banks, was unable to move & was not eating nor drinking. My regular vet does not have after hour care & Suncoast Vet ER was able to take him. Sadly Banks had an abdominal tumor & the most caring treatment was euthanasia. In spite of the pandemic I was allowed to be with Banks & have some final family moments via zoom. Not only were they were compassionate, but they did not recommend unnecessary tests & the professional fees were reasonable . I would definitely recommend this service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Do not take your pet here. Paid a 900$ vet bill, got no details, no reasoning and rude customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst vet I’ve ever seen. Would love to say worse but I’ll be polite

Brought in our cat due to her vomiting an alarming amount yesterday. She was discharged after several hours because she seemed to be doing better and there was no immediately apparent cause. Had to bring her back late last night because she started to vomit again. Dr. Hempfling and his night staff were phenomenal. They were attentive, sympathetic, and only wanted to do what was best for our cat. He made me feel comfortable leaving her overnight for an inpatient visit. He ran necessary tests, was not interested in just running up a bill, and gave a treatment plan we are hoping will work. We have

Did not enjoy my experience here today. I find it shocking that Veterinarian Services continue to enjoy keeping away from personal contact with their customers. I DO NOT send my kids inside alone to a Doctor AND I am sick of sending my pet inside without me into the Vets Office for a shot or exam. Today I waited almost an hour and a half in a hot parking lot. I had to shut my car off after 30 minutes because it was ridiculous to continue running the air conditioning that long. Did they care. NO!!! Suncoast Veterinary Emergency Clinic why do you feel the need to hide? I wore a mask at all times

Last night I brought my beagle in for a missing toenail that would not stop bleeding. My own vet and Blue Pearl were not able to take us. Suncoast was so nice and listened to all my concerns and information about Murphy. They communicated everything very well and made me feel better. We got home with everything we needed and they called today to follow up. If we have an emergency again, I would choose them over others.

Lucas is healthy and has no side affects from the incident, and has had a number of followup blood panels that show all his organs are functioning properly. That is something I am very grateful for. However, my regular doctors both here in Sarasota and back in Indiana FREAKED OUT when we questioned them about how they treated Lucas.
Lucas got into some Advil. I called them right away instead of my regular DR since this was on a Sunday. They told me to bring him in, but that I would also have to call the poison center. No problem, except two things, If I am on the phone with the poison center,

We were on vacation from New Hampshire when our dog injured her eye. We were very impressed with the care Mallory received. We were lucky to find a place that would take her right away. Thank you
Ps.. she is fine now 😄

Very sweet staff! they were all very personable and friendly. the vet that took care of my cat was honest, gave me different options to care for my cat if i so chose (my cat was ultimately okay but she gave me options for if i wanted to give her some meds anyways, which i declined since she didn't need it and the vet understood and agreed with my choice), and even provided a free booklet to keep my cat's weight in check (since she's a little chunky!). after suggesting i keep an eye on my cat to make sure she's okay, they even offered that if her condition declined (god forbid) that i could bring
