I knew there was something wrong with my pup. He was acting strange. So I took my pup here 2 times and both times they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my dog. They took blood, put him on antibiotics and told me he has a heart murmur. A little after his second appointment my pup started puking a bunch out of nowhere so I freak and called Broadway Estate, it was after hours, and they pretty much told me that they would take blood and upcharge me a bunch because of the time I was calling, and changed her attitude towards me when I told her I cant afford an expensive emergency visit, especially

I was a little nervous to stray away from the Banfield care we know and love, BUT his first appointment here was free and based on reviews we decided to give it a shot and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience. I went in with a whole list of questions and concerns. I went in a little nervous with a new puppy. Everything about the staff here is incredible. It felt like they were going above and beyond for us from the front desk staff being so patient with scheduling appointments to the staff taking care of our baby boy and answering my questions with patience and compassion. I said I was nervous

I made a appointment with them for my cat she is a inside cat and very very shy and 15 years old. I have been waiting to get her into a veterinary so that I can go in with her. I made the appointment and ask if I could go in they assured me that I could go in. I get to the business and he said they where very busy and I could not go in with her. Needless to say they lost a customer after 20 years with them. COVID-19 IS NO EXCUSES

For a Veterinary that should care about your pets they unfortunately don’t care. I took my dog that wasn’t feeling well. As I proceeded to tell them what was wrong at the end of it all they didn’t even bother to check my dog in any way and only prescribed a medication for him. My dog hasn’t gotten better. If you care about your pet I recommend you look else where for better pet care.

After using this vet for 10 years, we just got gouged $138 for a full exam when we brought 2 cats in for a leukemia vaccination. The vaccines were another $46. We never asked for the full exam,, they just tacked it on. I was told this when they asked for their money...before they would release our cats. Cats were seen by a "relief" doctor Kristal Miles, who likes to talk a lot giving you useless info, but doesn't listen. Dr. Mosher left a year ago.. Most of these good reviews are a year or so ago... I would have agreed with most of them. But in 2021, it's become something we no longer have trust
