I took the Qi Gong class first thing in the morning and it was a wonderful way to start the day! Set a wonderful tone for the rest of the day. Highly recommend to calm the nervous system for the day.

Kira does a great job and has helped me a lot over past several months. I learned a lot about where my back pain comes from in working with her. I feel that it is has been a very positive learning experience for me, as opposed to time in physical therapy when I saw no results for back pain and didn't understand what was going on. I'm very grateful for her patience with me, and willingness to help me.

I have been working out with Comfy Fitness for 4+ years, and I can not stress enough how it has changed my life. I had goals to work on and Kira is helping me achieve them.
One of the things I realized and have prioritized in my life is that this whole fitness and movement thing is a marathon, and not a sprint. Since Comfy has made it possible for me to dedicate years to this, to make it part of my life as much as work or family or friends, I have been able to change my relationship with my body and with fitness.
But here is the amazing thing; I am also getting an education on my body.

I have been working with Comfy Fitness, specifically my personal trainer Kira, for just over two years. It has been an incredible start to my journey. I've worked with everyone on her team and all of them have been incredible. I've had multiple fitness goals, all of which the entire team have helped me accomplish. I've really enjoyed the flexibility and strength I feel in comparison to two years ago. I got into my fitness journey because I didn't want to have the same ailments my parents suffer(ed). The benefits are too numerous to list. The ones that resonate most are the mental health benefits

I give all of my thanks to Stephanie and Kira (and all of Comfy Fitness) for everything they've done for me. The purpose of starting at Comfy Fitness was to get a healthy habit back into my lifestyle (and it was a success!). I've noticeably seen myself get stronger and healthier. I've also learned a lot about my body and functional fitness for my body specifically. It's crazy that before Comfy Fitness, it had been 3 years since I had touched a piece of workout equipment and now if I don't workout at least twice a week, I feel like I'm slacking.

I had a goal - and my trainer Kris and the Comfy Fitness team helped me to meet it. I looked forward to my workouts each session - the emphasis on whole-body fitness kept things unique, and there's no browbeating, just positive support and encouragement. I love Comfy Fitness! I've been working out two days a week with a small group trained by Samee for nearly two years. It's the most fun I've ever had exercising. Samee is a great trainer who creates thoughtful workouts for our group and customizes the component based on each individual's goals and abilities. I recommend Samee and the Comfy Fitness group sessions to anyone looking for a high quality personal training on a budget.

I love training with Carrie at Comfy Fitness! I have been working with her for over 3 years now and she is professional and a really hard worker. She listens and makes changes to my routine with my specific body type and progress in mind. Over the years I have built muscle, strength and increased flexibility. I also got down to my lowest weigh since high school, which is pretty hard to do for a woman in her mid thirties. But, with Carrie's support and guidance partnered with my own motivation we did it.

I started training with Carrie in the Summer of 2012. Disclaimer: she had been a friend of mine for a couple years before I started training with her. I was very pleasantly surprised when we began training, as Carrie did not go easy on me at all! She is really tough!

A session with Carrie is pretty much the best of both worlds: I get to hang out and catch up with my good friend, as well as get a killer work out. I've had the opportunity to train under both Carrie and Kira - and they are fantastic. I still attend a gym for my workouts throughout week, but getting the one-on-one attention to achieve fitness goals is invaluable. I go once a week to see Kira in a group class. She has this amazing ability to just look at your body and see where you need to adjust and focus your workouts. Pretty cool. And she kicks your butt - sometimes I don't even realize how much till I feel the soreness the next day.

There is so much more room!
I've been with Comfy for 5 years or so now, I love the afforability and the individual attention you receive when you are in a group of 4, Kira is who I work most with and she is always there to correct my form, she is always watching and aware of your form. I prefer personal workouts with them one on ones, I have many different body/back problems and I get a far better more attentive workout that helps me build core and back muscles to over correct my bad habits of posture.

Kira is not only an amazing trainer and motivator, but she is also a really wonderful person. She tries to talk to you while she is kicking your a$$ across the floor just to help you pass the time. She is inventive with her exercises and highly knowledgeable about the field. Both she and Carrie are divine, and if you need a swift kick in the rear to get it into shape, this would be money well spent!

You should hire them RIGHT NOW!

I have been training with Comfy Fitness for the last three years and I have seen amazing results. I love it that I am always being challenged with new workouts. Kira is awesome. She is so fun to be around and she makes tough workouts do-able with her entertainment.
Not to mention Carrie and Kira are in amazing shape and let's face it....being trained by someone you'd like to look like makes it all the easier.

I've had people come up to me at the gym and ask me who I train with because they'd like to see the same results. That is a true testimony to their skill!

Following a friend's recommendation, a girl friend and I began CF training, she for overall health and fitness and me in preparation for my wedding. Having never used a trainer before, I wanted to be very clear about time lines, availability, money and anticipated outcomes. Kira (our primary trainer) delivered in all areas. Prices were very reasonable and although there were two of us, I felt that I still received enough individual attention.
