I don't know what the big fuss is about, I moved here in February of 2021. The office manager Rosy has been amazing . Everytime I've walked into the office, she has been nothing but sweet and involved.
The Apartments are kept up with, . All repairs are always on time and cmon really? Lizards? ... In fact, these lizards are beneficial, as they do feed on a wide variety of small insects such as crickets, cockroaches, moths, grubs, beetles, flies. I prefer to have them then be overan with bugs. Your choice. People make is sound like it's the plague *eye roll*

The entire apartment floor is riddled with cockroaches of all shapes and sizes. Who knows what goes on during extermination? Cause it's not roach killing or even treating. If they need to do an actual chemical strip of the building then I'd rather that at this point than anymore creepy crawlers everywhere. I'm disgusted by how comfortable I am in this apartment when there are roaches everywhere. Not to mention the parking is horrendous, awful dings left on most cars due to many random cars. 2 stars because I have a roof over my head and a working fridge and oven. Other than that

Run!!! This apartment complex is by far the worse place I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is super nice when you move in, but they will will rob you once you leave. I’m currently serving in the United States Army and after moving for the past 16 years I’ve never experienced anything like this place. They made up charges that I don’t owe and refuse to fix it. I emailed them several times, and call to get the amount adjusted. I never received a call back and months later it was on my credit report. They also have a million lizards 🦎 in the complex. I have been living here for a year and since the first day I have received very good attention. Mrs. Cecilia was the lady who took care everything about the rent , she was excellent person and very good doing her job. The manager, Mrs. Roxi has always been very nice and professional. When there was a little detail to be fixed in my apartment, she knew how to attend it immediately. I always get an excellent customer service. Thank you so much !

Rosie and her staff not informative regarding the application process. They stalled the application process for me and my family for over a week. I called every day and it was always that they were having trouble verifying employment, verifying precious lot rental even though I had a perfect mortgage history on the credit report, and their emails weren't working. After I mentioned that I contacted the corporate office, they said I was approved but had to pay a months rent as a deposit after I was required to pay a $250 when I applied.

This property is managed by an uninformed Rosie. Her lack of knowledge about updated policies and even the fact that if you are a homeowner your mortgage payment history is your substitute for rental verification. Do yourself a favor and rent from a company that provides their tenant with knowledge personnels that goal is to give great service. Which is NOT this place!!! If the application process is this horrible I can only imagine when tenants have repair issues. They should pay perspective renters for wasting their time.

The apartment itself is nice but the customer service is non existent once you move in and start paying your rent. Not to mention the move in process was horrible as well. I pre leased my apartment 2 months before I moved in and on my move in day there was still no washer and dryer, the carpet was still stained and had to have the carpet cleaning ppl come back out. They did try and make up for that by offering a week free.
I would rather move some where they actually care about the residents.
And also the pool was JUST cleaned after being a greenish color sine I moved in April 15th!!

Beautiful modern & spacious apartments. Staff is amazing!! Rosy (manager) & Joshua (asst. manager) have impeccable service coupled with a big heart. Living @ Grand Fountain has and still is a wonderful experience. All the staff have been very understanding & supportive during these difficult times of the Pandemic.

Well here we are once again with nothing but the fox in hen house. Manager claims upper management doesn't give her tools yet we hear manager doesn't want to spend money to keep this place up to par. My guess she gets a bonus keeping costs down. I come from the corporate world FYI. We have from being locked out of common area, local people bring kids from outside property to train others and make money while locals can't enjoy it. Gates at pools always have chains on them and I was told cause the auto locks don't work well yes they do. Hot tub either green or massive black mold

Worst apt mgmt and unprofessional people I have dealt with. We left our unit move in ready clean, ln fact we left it cleaner than when we had to move in last year. Not even a single nail mark or scuff mark on the walls. Did our final walk through this past Friday. Guess what? They were being so nit picky about the most unbelievable things. I posted a video on my FB to show how clean the place was right after the walk through. Everyone who saw it agrees how spotless and move in ready we left it. My husband and I spent hours cleaning that place only to be told it was "dirty" bc of water

I've lived here at Grand Fountain coming up on three years and just renewed for another year. The current management team is too awesome for words. Rosie is an amazing property manager who always listens to my concerns and is very active in managing work order request. The front office staff are always courteous and helpful as well. I've never had an issues while living here and I've been blessed with neighbors who pretty much keep to themselves. It's a safe environment and friendly.

You must be careful about this apartment complex. Two months ago I gave them notice for evacuating but after two months they couldn’t find my notice and manager told you have to give us today after today you have to pay two months rent plus other costs. I don’t know why I have to pay for their mistakes. They easily mess up to people life. Internet is for Comcast co and I already called them to cancel my contract without any charge but Manager told you still have to pay for your internet. And also these are some things that you have to expect to see in your apartment and nobody care about them

Please read if you are even considering living here! This property is lackluster and the staff is both incompetent and unprofessional. Since moving here in September of 2018, we have yet to have 1 positive interaction with the staff here. The office phone is rarely answered, you will have to call several times in one day, in hopes of someone answering. We've never had a voicemail returned, in over 6 months of living here. In our FIRST 5 days of living here, we were giving a violation notice due to cardboard boxes on our patio. We were not even moved in yet before we began to get threatened

I was surprised to see bad reviews here. I recently renewed my lease after a year. I honestly like living here. The office staff are always friendly, the maintenance people are awesome and get things fixed quickly, and the residents all seem nice. It's a quiet place in a great location. I haven't met anyone here that's not happy. There is a great mix of people, lots of families, and everyone is friendly. What more could you ask for?

We are currently in a month to month arrangement because we are in the process of buying a home. Now we went in and gave our 60 day notice per our lease agreement. If you have a family and are looking for an apartment, avoid this place at all costs.
I was on the hunt to find an apartment for my children and I and came across this place. The zoned schools are wonderful and the surrounding community is great. When I walked into the office, a woman who was clearly working there, examined me from head to toe and proceeded to do whatever she was doing. No greeting, no smile, nothing... so I left.
I decided to give it another shot and I regret that I did. The apartment does have very decent - affordable monthly rates. The amenities seemed nice - a lovely pool
