Been going there for 9 years with my cats. Wouldn’t go anywhere. They know my cats names and mine and in this age that means a lot to me. Dr. Bogue is the best at explaining what he’s doing in terms that I can understand.

All around pleasant experience! Millie is our first pet and we've heard just terrible stories about other vets. But the staff here was all very kind! They listened to me and helped come up with solutions that were withing my comfort level. Had lots of helpful information without being pushy. Loved it! We will be back!

They’ve been taking care of my pets for 30 years including routine examination, boarding, spay and minor surgery and end of life euthanasia. They are all very caring and knowledgeable.

Already annoyed having to wait over 2 weeks to get my cat neutered, was finally supposed to bring mine in today but they cancelled on me last minute as Im packing him up, because their vet is sick and they didnt even let me know when theyd be able to. Not to mention they wanted to charge me over $200 to neuter my 1 cat. Theres way more reliable and cheaper places to go to!

Bogue Animal Hospital has been taking care of our pets for ten years. There's no one I'd trust more with my pet's care. My pets love going there and the entire staff loves having them there. Recently, our older… dog passed away and the staff told me stories of how much they had enjoyed him over the years. They were truly sad by his passing. The tech that took care of him while he was sick reassured me that she had given him extra love and care the entire time he was there. Dr Parsons kept us in the loop the entire time he was in their care and even let us go in to see him late in the evening

It’s been a long time coming for this. My parents elderly collie was groomed by these people. They sent him home like this. Not only did they not offer any any sort of refund they also kept the groomer on after… they slaughtered our dog. This happened a year ago August. Luke recently passed a month ago due to old age. This is for you Luke up in doggie heaven. Do not go here for pet grooming ever. Will post pictures

They have looked after all of our pets for many years now. Honest, thorough and effective! Dr. Bogue answers all of our questions and is available to call anytime we have any emergencies. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone looking for a good veterinary for their pets.

Dr. Parsons and staff took excellent care of our golden retriever Jack with a recent health issue. They got us in right away. Dr. Parsons called us promptly with lab results and recommended a course of action.… We received a phone call the following morning asking how Jack was doing and reminded us of things we needed to watch for. We are grateful for the caring and knowledgeable staff.

Worst place to take your pet... have a deaf cat and the guy was like is he really deaf cats have selective hearing!!! Come on now really!!! Charge u an arm and a leg

I've taken my animals to Bogue for many years and they have always been good. But recently, things have changed. It appears the entire staff has turned over and they seem to have trouble retaining staff. I'm not sure what the problem is but I hope they get it fixed. Because it was a great place. My animals loved going to Bogue.

We loved Dr. Strief (not sure If I'm spelling that right), but I absolutely did not like Dr. Bogue. He was very rude and out of line with his staff, embarrassing her in front of us, and he just wasn't good with our animals. Our smaller dog is very energetic and was frightened, so of course he didn't act perfect, but Dr. Bogue just acted really annoyed by him. I will not be going back to him and do not recommend him I anyone!

I take both of my Aussies here for their vaccines, checkups, teeth, and any problems that pop up.

These guys are pretty good group veterinarians. I gave them a shot because they were closer than my regular vet after I moved. They weren't too pushy with the upsell's on there various services which I find welcoming. I've recommended them to a friend and she's had pretty good luck.

Thanks for the update, unfortunately the person that answered the phone at your hospital failed to explain this. All I got was attitude - "We're not a pharmacy" in an unpleasant tone. I called another vet, had the records faxed to them, gladly paid $45 for an exam and bought the heart worm medicine from them. They understood the problem, and presented options to resolve it.
I never said I wouldn't pay for an exam - my goal was to keep my dog healthy. Your associate made it clear that if I didn't have a pre-existing relationship she wasn't interested in my dog
