As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I take fitness training seriously. It was not always this way for me, though. I was 18 years old when I started working out in earnest, and I stayed commited, fighting back all of the resistance I felt to the new habit I was forming. Years later, I now understand how difficult it can be to juggle a family life with a fitness life and squeezing workouts into my childs schedule.
The consultation will consist of a review of your medical history, nutrition and lifestyle analysis and an MAT Jumpstart session. The information I gather from these assessments will help me create a custom and effective workout plan based on your needs. Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) is a specific process I use to assess and evaluate an individual's ability to produce efficient muscle contractions.
I have seen results training with Robert Gordon that exceeded my goals and expectations.
