Do not move here managment does not help in any way . I have been trying to talk to someone other than the management at the apartments but failed .. i am so disapointed with this place i did not think it would be so bad .. i have had my vehicle towed 6 times and i live here !!! I can only have 1 parking space .. but i have 2 cars my personal car and my work vehicle but they only want to guve me one parking pass the washing machines that are on my floor have never worked .. if things dont get better i am going to leave ( DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please Don't move here because they don't care about you and your family. This dam people only cares for your money. I'm having problems with a broken gray water pipes since a mont and they still don't care to give me a new Unit. I Told them i will bring in a State Inspector to check the building and i have so many proof to bring to a civil court.

My relatives have been living in these apartments for three years, they have a 2 year old girl and the building was ruined by the sewage pipes, they came to try to repair them and I have been waiting for a transfer for more than a month or they solve me the problem and I do not see a solution the same as I send to the corporation that if they help me and they have not taken action on the matter therefore they do want one to be punctual and correct but they do not do anything for the tenants

So me and my bf paid 200 to hold a 2nd floor apartment, I then was informed that specific apartment was no longer available, which irritated me, but I was like okay I'll give them a chance. I then read some negative reviews about bed bugs and roaches, and I asked the leasing lady maggie, who LIED and said they RARELY have those issues, and if they do its just part of regular apartment living (which I've rented an apartment for the past year in sterling and never had a bug issue) so I go to look at an apartment, and found TWO roaches crawling on the walls!!! This is by far the most disgusting and low class apartments i have ever lived in.
let me start off by saying that the management and staff that work there are obviously uneducated people. they have replaced staff every other month. so when you go to inquire about your account they have no idea what your talking about. the manger that supposedly runs the office(christy) is a nasty and money hunger women. she has no idea how to run an establishment and attend the residents that live there. the only thing she can do is go outside about 20 times a day to smoke and chat with her staff. i feel terrible
