We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

The only kindness and care you will get from the staff here is when you first apply. After that it all goes out the window and you will be treated straight up like dirt. I promise you there are multiple better apartment complex then this horrid one. Go apply there, only apply here if you are okay with giving your money to very evil souls.

I have been living here at the Ashborough Apartments for a little over a year. When my lease was up for the year I needed more space but because I really wanted to continue staying here at the Ashborough, I decided to transfer to an Apartment with a garage. Well after moving in there were some issues that needed to be fixed. I wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff that helped in making this transition a smooth transition. Horrible management. No one was in the office on Saturday even when it says on the door it is open on Saturdays from 10 to 5 pm. I saw some people who had scheduled tours but still no one was there to help them. It is very unprofessional. I had a chance to talk to some residents who were living at the Ashborough apts also waiting outside in line to ask some questions people living in this unit they all complained about the management. It was a sign for me to stay away and I did.

Rent is way to high for support and service. I’d be willing to pay the amount if service department and repairs were done in a timely manner. Multiple leaks were “fixed” only to have them come back in a matter of weeks. Damages were caused by faulty equipment in the apartment, repairs were rushed and poorly done (Missing baseboards, bad paint, carpets cut up then reused). When I decided I had enough of going back and forth with the front office and moved out, they charged me for damages from poor work their company had done. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would shy away

I've been living at the Ashborough Apartments in Ashburn, Virginia for about nine months. What has impressed me the most is the responsiveness of the maintenance team and in particular Freddy! Freddy made our move in so much easier with his attention to detail and willingness to make minor repairs/adjustments. If I could give them - scores I would.Operate very unprofessional.I applied for apartment I wanted and was approved because it was out in market. I get an email to set up my utilities and I did that and later I get and an email that current tenant is not moving to take something from what’s available. I had 1000 sq office and bedroom and they ask them to settle for something that’s under or pay for 2 bed room rate. Do not care about future residents and I wonder how they treat current.I will definitely spread the word all around. Very unfair because I allowed them to run my credit for what

I can't say enough about Freddie (sorry, don't know his last name). Freddie has helped me thru some pretty difficult times dealing with the sprinkler room that is under my apartment. We have gone thru 2.5 years together dealing with alarms and compressor noise. Just this past week, Freddie took a lot of his time helping get the compressor fixed so I could sleep at night. He is always so friendly, helpful and takes the time to listen. He is very proactive in getting problems resolved. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without him. High praises to the rest of his team too - I always get a hello

I want to give a shout out to the Maintenance Technicians who went above and beyond to repair our water heater last night. The name of one is Santos and I did not get the name of the other one. Their quick action is highly appreciated. They were respectful and did their best to get the problem rectified and worked till 11pm past to ensure that everything is working properly. The management team responds promptly to the online work order system. This level of proficiency resonates the able leadership of their Property Manager.
