I really wish I trusted the negative reviews about this place. There’s nothing positive I have to say. The maintenance team is horrible and will “complete” the request without ever doing the work. Good luck ever getting anyone from the office on the phone and when you finally do, no one is friendly. The walls are so thin, you can hear absolutely everything. The gate is never closed. You will never get any communication from the office on issues around the complex. There are so many apartment complexes around this area, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

It’s 10:45 PM, and I’ve been sitting in my car for over an hour while the fire alarm has once again been falsely triggered. Although I’ve enjoyed living here otherwise, these false fire alarms are such a regular occurrence that I do not plan to renew my lease. Being stuck outside at all hours of the day and night is untenable; I pay rent to have a safe and reliable place I can sleep and work, and I don’t feel I have that here.

UPDATE *1/1/2022*- The apartment staff stated the alarm was fixed a month ago. We did not have any alarms go off this month and I was hoping the issue was fixed, but that hope was lost on the 1st of the year. They obviously did not correct the issue and do not care for the safety of their residents. They need to actually replace the system instead of putting band-aids over everything. I still say this apartment is not worth risking your life and sanity since they do not care.

This place is an awful place to live. The fire alarm goes off 5 times a day every single day. Trash is overflowing everywhere and these are by no means luxury apartments whatsoever. Do not live here and pay this astronomical amount of rent they don't do anything they say they will and they don't. Don't believe a word they say. DONT LIVE HERE

High price, low quality.
Fire alarms constantly go off here. Acadia keeps sending out generic emails saying "they care and are trying to resolve the issue" and yet it keeps happening. Dumpster is always overflowing, and appliances/water heaters keep breaking because they're all outdated and somehow never got replaced with the recent renovation. They call this luxury? I call it a scam.
Packages are constantly stolen. And MY mailbox lock is broken, so anyone can steal my postal mail too! Still have yet to get that fixed!
The first day we got in my girlfriend went to open the door to the laundry

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO LIVE HERE!!! This property advertises as "luxury". I have yet to see anything "luxury" about this property. Don't misconstrue the property as a "gated community" upon noticing the front and back gates upon entering the property.... which are always open. THÍS IS NOT A GATED CMMUNITY. There are 2 pools, but when 1 closed for about a month during the summer due to 'lightening shock to the electrical system", there was no communication from the front office to the community. After a few months of faulty fire alarms going off, it has FINALLY been quiet for a week. The layout

This is the 10th time this year the fire alarm has falsely gone off in the 19800 Cornerstone complex building. This has been so bad I've recorded the dates and times; a firetruck and full uniform team comes out every time so there has to be a log to confirm this.

Been here less than a year. The fire alarms have gone off more times than I can count. 4 times in just the past 2 days alone. All hours of the day/night. I'm losing sleep. I'm interrupted when I work from home. It's embarrassing when I have family or friends over. Management likes to pretend that they don't know what's happening and that someone is going to come out to fix it, but if you look at the other reviews, this exact thing has been going on for at least 7 years now. Any 5 star reviews here are fake.

This was easily the worst managed apartment complex in which I have lived. The management staff are incredibly difficult to contact and slow to respond, even in the event of an emergency (such as lack of heat). The maintenance is inadequate, with basic home features (i.e., working shower, washer) breaking several times during our lease. Additionally, two neighbors on our floor experienced home flooding due to unknown circumstances (no rain, implying a piping or AC issue), however nobody responded to our requests for information on whether we should be aware of or prepare for any potential issues

This place is NOT SAFE! Management and maintenance are completely negligent. This place is not safe to live in; The buildings are riddled with electrical and sewage issues.
They mickey mouse everything and put tenants in danger. I have had countless electrical issues, mainly the smoke detectors constantly needed replacing, and the light switches made a sizzling sound when they were turned on. Every time I put in a maintenance request, they would send maintenance instead of an electrician and within weeks the same issue would arise again.
I put in a request for the bathroom fan, maintenance came
