Kai Kelly is a unique and highly skilled Personal Trainer with a multi-faceted approach to fitness and wellness. Her personable and engaging personality coupled with her wealth of knowledge and motivating drive make her a stand out trainer. Kai holds certifications in Corrective Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Kickboxing, Strength Training and Weight Lifting.

With experience ranging from High School athletes to retired senior citizens, Kai has had the opportunity to work with clients from various walks of life. She has spent the last 16 years in Orange County, California where she owned her own Private Gym and Yoga Studio.

Kai has fundamentally changed the way I work out. She is thoughtful, creative, and intentional in developing plans for each of her clients. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her field of work. In every workout I find myself challenged and engaged. Kai Kelly is everything. I have never had such a unique trainer who brings ever-evolving workout sessions. She is quick on her toes and able to adjust the day's exercises, depending on what equipment is available when it is available or any last minute injuries. Never ever plan on working out with any other human on this planet, for as long as I live.

I have had Kai as my trainer for a few months now. As a woman, almost 87 years old and terribly out of shape from a bout with Covid-19, Pneumonia and Salmonella poisoning, Kai has been patient but firm working with me. I feel better and look better than I have for years. She is the very Best 👍❤️

There are too many great things to be said about training with Kai. First, she has a cool name. Second, she is the most authentic person I have met with a delightful edginess to her. Third, she is a fitness expert in just about every field of physical movement. Corrective Specialist, Yogi, Strength, Stretch, Cardio, and just about every other aspect of exercise. The first trainer that I have actually looked forward to seeing and makes me feel like a training partner & friend.

Kai is the most prompt trainer I have had the pleasure of getting in shape with. She doesn't just tell you what to do and you do it. She explains the mechanics of the movements and does the workout with you, so it feels more like training partners than a training coach. She has insight in to fitness, but even more in to life. I would call her my un-official therapist.

My friend and I were looking to get in shape together, but we lacked any fitness knowledge. We did not know where to begin, so we contacted Fitness by Kai to set us both on the correct path. She did that and more in our group sessions; she is a pleasure to work out with and motivates in a way that is encouraging without being abrasive. My husband and I wanted to improve our fitness and health together, so we approached Kai for couples training sessions. After 8 sessions, we are much stronger and have confidence in using all different types of equipment and machines. Every session was a full body workout, but no workout was the same. THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!! I can't even find a word to describe how professional and friendly Kai is!! I've been training with Kai for almost 7 months now! Not only in person, but also many sessions online (during the Covid Madness)! The sessions are absolutely fun and of course VERY challenging! I can totally see the difference in my energy and strength since I started working with her! I love every single session I have with her, because there's not even a second I don't enjoy!

During the Quarantine, my online sessions with Kai was the only thing helped me manage the stress

Kai has helped me get in to shape over the past few months and my experience with her has been better that I could have expected. This is absolutely the BEST training center in the OC area. The trainers here are top notch and use their knowledge to create individual plans for each of their clients. I love the wide range of training styles offered here,
My son currently works with Chris on strength, endurance and agility. This has helped him tremendously in all the sports he plays. His game performance has improved greatly in the last year and his speed has doubled.
I recently started working with Kai and Chris on a diet and exercise system that has helped me drop 10 lbs already! Kai helped me with a diet that works

Fitness by Kai has been the greatest personal training experience I have ever had. Still the same service, care and professionalism! I trained previously for about 6 months and left because I had to go oversees for work. Well after sitting at a desk for 12 hours a day, I fell back into my old shape. Over weight by about 20 pounds and out of shape! I am back in Orange County from my tour and at it again. In the last 3 weeks I have dropped 5 pounds and slowly getting back to my old self. Kai, Melinda and Chris are awesome and almost two years later they have proven to have grown in knowledge, maturity and the way they treat their personal training clients! Glad to be back!

I have been working with Chris at Fitness by Kai. He is an awesome trainer! I love the workouts as they are never boring. I was so tired of being on an eliptical hours a week and never losing weight. Now I workout with Chris twice a week. We do a huge variety of exercises and weights - all the while he is keeping my heart rate up. The 45 minute workout flies by. I am much stronger then when I started and I have lost 15 lbs. At age 53 - getting stronger, building muscle, and losing weight is a really big deal! Let me start by saying Fitness by Kai is great and a super friendly bunch. Back in April, I had decided to look into getting a personal trainer to get me on track with my fitness goals. I'm on week #5 and already down 2 sizes. Not only do they help you meet your fitness goals, they provide you with all the help you need along the way, whether it be a text message checking in with you or a meal plan to help you loose those extra inches. My wife and I have been training with Kai for almost a year now, and we have seen fantastic results! My wife is down 12 lbs and 10" overall, and I am down 2 suit sizes and 3" off the waist.

I have trained with several personal trainers over the last few years, and she is not your typical personal trainer. She takes a personal interest in every client, and will tailor a program specific to your needs. She even works out with you sometimes!

I have been training with Kai for about a month and a half now and I am feeling great! I went to Kai with a bad back, weak wrists and knees, and now that Ive had a chance work out and excesses those muscles I feel like a completely different person.I have never experienced a trainer with such knowledge and innovation. Kai has put her own spin on classic workouts. Excesses that are simple and low impact yet give you dramatic results.

Also, one thing I have to mention is that I love how she actually does the workouts with you. Trainers I've had in the past hover their gorgeous bodies above

I have been working out with Kai for about a month now and the results I am seeing are phenomenal. She is super supportive, knowledgeable and knows what is going to work best for your body type. I have worked out my whole life on and off and I have never seen results this quickly. If you're able to keep yourself disciplined outside of the gym, then I can promise you that the time spent with Kai in her training sessions are guaranteed to get you where you want to be. She teaches a lifestyles rather than a "get fit quick" attitude. 5 Stars, she's amazing!

When it comes to a great trainer, it will take a lot to impress me. Kai will not shout in your face, beg you to come do your workout or yell at you if your cheat meal turns into a week. If you are excited for change- she will make it a reality. Kai is very "to the point" which is what I love about a trainer and has a no nonsense approach that is backed by science, personal experience and education.

When I workout with her, she focuses on workouts that involve the whole body like burpees.... and other workouts that I try to forget about .. haha. She knows how to challenge your body but
