It's impossible to order food online using phone! The woman who picks up the phone first puts me on hold and then after I've waited for minutes her taking an order from other customer, she finally says "hello" but then all I can hear is complete silence. After 2 seconds she hangs up the phone. I've tried to call few times, the service is really horrible. Wouldn't recommend.

It's very hard to find good sushi in my area, but this guys know their job. 10 out of 10.

Nice for takeout sushi. Good prices and vegetarian and vegan rolls. I wish they didn't use so many containers for orders tho. Each roll comes in it's own container.

Food is okay. Customer service is terrible.
If you are coming to this place, bring your own sauce because they are extremely cheap with their sriracha and spicy mayo.

Placed an order for pickup Saturday at 7pm through the website. Went to the restaurant and they were closed. The order was accepted in the system, both google and their website said they were open until 10pm. Sunday, I called requesting an explanation and the gentlemen who answered the phone simply stated over and over that they have been closed the last two Saturdays and hung up on me both times.

Delicious! We got dumplings, spicy tuna, dragon roll, and sakura roll - all very good! The dumpling sauce was unique and tasty. We will try to go back 👍🏼

Came here last night and ordered a chicken teriyaki with lo mein it was good greasy food. The store itself has a nice vibe it's very basic but I like it that way it reminds me of the Chinese restaurant that used to go to when I was growing up back in the day. Price-wise it's good for the area it's in. I will definitely go again

I visit this superb restaurant every couple of days since I love the special atmosphere that is unique to this place. The crew is extremely attentive and experienced. The service is pretty quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is outstanding. I came more than once and I was always happy. The price is modest. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Food was absolutely excellent, but service was horrible! We weren’t acknowledged for 10 minutes while standing right at the counter. Pick up orders were coming and going the entire time. Finally I asked if I could order to eat in, and the man at the counter cut me off mid question, and told me to “hold on one minute”. My husband and I almost walked out right there, but we were short on time. I understand they get busy during lunchtime, but there’s no excuse to ignore a customer for that long, and then rudely cut them off after you’ve been ignoring said customer for 10 minutes, just to

First time totally disapoonted. I been to this place earlier a lot of times.as its my one of the favaorite food servering restaurant. I got poor quality food "brown rice with shrimp and chicken" at around 12.30 and belief me i start getting bad digestion signs and finally vommited at 3 pm and got relief..Not aspectedfrom you guys. the caretaker can put restaurants in a big trouble. Only message to a owner that Boss take care whz going wrong?
