Services
Dr. Butler graduated from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1982, after attending LSU for undergraduate studies. He has been practicing small animal medicine in south Baton Rouge for over 39 years and considers it his privilege to help clients care for their pets. He has been married to Mary Ella, his high school sweetheart, for 40 years.
Village Animal Clinic knows how valuable pets are in our lives; We consider them as part of our family. The Vet and supporting staff at the clinic are all pet owners and love all animals. We pamper and make sure our own pets stay healthy and happy. We provide that same love and care for our pet patients.
I started bringing my dog Ram to see Dr. Butler in 2015 because she had a terrible skin issue. Dr. Butler completely fixed the issue by changing her food and putting her on allergy medication. Since then he has done Dental work on her, done yearly vaccinations and taken care of a few emergency issues.
