Duties include design of foundation plan using Post-Tensioning Institute software, design of conventional foundation, plot plan design, inspection of old and new residential buildings, repair and recommendation letter writing, pre-pour and cable elongation letter approval, rough grading plan approval, sealing plot plans for building as well as the concrete slabs used to support a building as a structural foundation.
