Our mission is to provide a physical wellness experience that focuses on efficient and correct movement with injury prevention as a priority, in order to help others obtain and surpass their fitness and physical wellbeing goals. David "Shute" is the owner of Physical Wellness and Fitness, LLC.
He is a born-and-raised Jacksonville native, and is a two-time University of North Florida alumni with a Bachelor degree in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.In addition to David's academic degrees, he holds CFL1, CFL2, FMSL1, and USAWL1 credentials.

Services
We establish baselines / benchmarks then use the number(s) as part of our cycle programming; Microcycles: Strength, Power, Endurance, and Reload. Some lifts we will re-test every three months, other lifts will be 4 - 6 months. Layered on top of the Microcycle is the Mesocycle; blocks ranging from 6 - 12 weeks.
The calendar contains PhysWell Fitness and Rehab's classes they allow drop-ins to attend. You can select as many classes as you'd wish to attend, and your fee will be adjusted accordingly. It is critical that you have read and understand this document completely. If you do not understand any part of this document, it is ultimately your responsibility to ask for clarification prior to signing it.
We encourage our members to share with their circle of friends, family, co-workers, etc. about their healthy lifestyle. For friends or family members who are local resident of Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, we offer one complimentary training class.
Please keep in mind that some workouts are better than others to bring a guest, so take a look inside your Triib mobile application the night before to determine if the next day's workout will be best.You can also ask any of the coaches in advance if you know the specific day you intend to bring your guest.
