Services
Men's and women's locker facilities/showers/restrooms/ towel service/hair drying and styling tools, shampoo, conditioner + more. When Pilates aficionados get truly serious, the next step is to move beyond the 'classroom' format and enjoy the true 'studio' nature of the regimen more privately. It is then they may engage a dedicated instructor or coach to help them make the very most of this holistic exercise experience.
Sierra Fitness members enjoy the expert services of Tucson's best qualified professionals. Sierra Fitness members also savor limited number of memberships, smaller class sizes and more individual attention. Plus, arguably the facility boasts one of the premium neighborhood locations in Tucson, near to premier shopping, dining and other retail options.
Something compelling happens or is offered often in this comfortable and convenient Tucson fitness center environment. And it all comes with gym membership. The holiday season can be a difficult time of the year to stay physically active and maintain your weight. Many Americans gain between one to four pounds during the time between Thanksgiving and New Year's.

My wife and I have been working out here since January 2018. Very convenient to where we live, ample free parking and friendly staff. We know not to go at the really busy times so have had no problem gaining access to equipment we want to use. Enjoy the towel service, something other gyms we've belonged to either didn't offer or charged a fee.

I'm not a member at this gym, but I did look into it one day. Although it's located in a perfect spot, the membership dues are extremely high and they don't have child care. I got a tour of the facilities one day, and the guy was really nice to me, but he seemed to lack enthusiasm about me joining, and that combined with the higher price made me rethink my time there. I felt it would be unfair to leave a lower review, or anything higher than 4-stars since I didn't ever join. But again, it's a nice place. It just wasn't right for me at the time.

Suddenly doors of physical fitness "open" I ever thought possible, Dan and other trainers are "trained" not just with degrees but with actual expertise. It seems there is nothing they can Not do; adolescent protective training, rehab, competitive athlete. Yet this can be a "do it yourself" place if
