Massage therapist, Jen, was an amazing human. She was so positive and happy to be helping our team, even at 5 am. Our employees loved her and said it was the best massage of their lives. Some people fell asleep, which is compliment for a massage! BCM was prepared, organized, extra communicative, and absolutely amazing. We will book them again each quarter.

Boston Chair Massage is great! I have had one of their massage therapists come to my office twice now for Engineers Week to give chair massages to employees - they are a big hit! We only had 10-minute massages (you can choose longer ones), but even that is enough time to take a break and come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. The therapists are highly skilled and know how to create a relaxing environment. Their new online scheduling tool allows people to sign up for appointments by just clicking a link, which makes things extremely easy. The only thing I will do differently

I have now done two events with Boston Chair Massage and cannot say enough about the company. It is by far the most popular event that we have all year. The massage therapists that have come were all incredibly professional and easy to work with. They arrived on time and worked hard for three straight hours. Boston Chair Massage came into our work building for a session. My co worker and I went together and thought it was AMAZING! We didn’t want it to end. If they made us feel that good in 15 minutes, I can only imagine how we’d feel after a full session.
I felt like jelly afterwards because Veronica Page really got in there and did her thing. Never had a chair massage before and I would definitely do it again. Chris, the owner of BCM was one of the most professional vendors I have had the pleasure of working with. She dealt with last minute requests and changes well, and her professionalism left me with great ease that her therapists would be on time, professional and well trained. She did not disappoint.

We just had a great experience with Boston Chair Massage at our office! They were very responsive to our emails. It was extremely easy to schedule appointments with them. Our therapists Veronica Page and Janine Robinson were amazing! They turned one of our offices into a cozy massage room by dimming the lights and putting on relaxing music. They were very professional and kept on schedule to make sure that everyone gets their massages as scheduled. They have magical hands and we all felt so relaxed afterward. Our apartment complex in Chestnut Hill, MA had a mini spa day this week and Boston Chair Massage sent 2 AMAZING masseuses for our tenants. They each provided 20 minute massages over a 7 hour time frame. They both were incredibly sweet, easy-going with last minute changes and were professional. BU hires Boston Chair Massage on the reg, and I sign up for it as soon as it opens each semester. 15 minutes of relaxation once per term is a really beautiful perk, and BCM really delivers! Also, impressive bonus: as a current nursing mom, I was particularly impressed by the latest experience, when one of the LMTs had a special pillow I could use in a triangle shape so that my more-tender-than-normal front wouldn't get squished :)

I hired Boston Chair Massage when the massage company I originally hired fell through on a staff appreciation event for approximately 50 people. Boston Chair Massage was awesome and extremely helpful on my short notice request. The massage therapists on site were friendly and did a great job. My employer brings in Boston Chair Massage once a month for several 15 minute massages. While each masseuse has a slightly different style, I have had a really relaxing and positive experience every time. I highly recommend booking an appointment and for other employers to have BCM in the office.

We worked with Boston Chair Massage for an employee event. They came to our workplace and provided 15 minute massages to all of our employees. They were super easy and flexible to work with. The scheduling was great because they provided us a link to send to our employees to register/sign up for their desired time. The therapist that came the day of was on time and very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely look forward to working with Boston Chair Massage in the future!

Purchased a chair message for my boss. It is a great service and was a terrific surprise! Our Message Therapist was prompt, accommodating, friendly, and gave great messages! He ended up giving a message to many members of the team, and everyone loved it. A huge hit at our holiday party, and I would definitely have them back. If you are at a loss for what to do for your boss or colleague for a birthday or holiday gift, a chair message cannot be beat!

Boston Chair Massage has visited my place of work a few times this year, and I've been lucky enough to have two sessions. They were both excellent, the therapist was very professional, friendly and accommodating, asking about your preferred amount of pressure and any problem areas beforehand. I left both appointments feeling relaxed and energized, it's really a great/beneficial service they provide that is well worth taking advantage of.

Ok for a last minute massage, but not someplace I'd rush to go back to. They had moved and when I got there they were having internet/phone issues so the Verizon guy was there and there was just a small waiting room so it seemed a little chaotic.
But I was able to book a same day massage, and used a Yelp coupon for $15 off, so it was great in a pinch. But I prefer a more spa like setting I guess.

I went here for a little over 18 months, and I've experienced everything from a decent session to 'I want my money back.' The biggest advantage to this place is the internet booking which is handy to book an appointment on Tuesday night at 2AM, but it really doesn't replace speaking to someone on the phone.
