I recognize that stepping into a gym can be scary at first & information overload is very real and can be overwhelming when starting out your health and fitness journey.
My goal is to simplify the process, make going to the gym a comfortable and exciting experience, remove any doubt about what you should be doing to attain your goals and helping you develop the tools you need in a safe and effective learning environment. Cesar 9.24.20 When I think of my time training w Cesar, I was impressed w his holistic approach to fitness: I met Cesar w a slight handicap. I have been working out most of my life. At times I look for a personal trainer who can teach me new ways to push my muscles and reshape my body. Cesar is masterful at coaching, teaching and encouraging growth, health and wellness. Workouts with Cesar are motivating and filled with positive feed back. I always feel like I get a hard workout and great pump. He is 5 star!

The level of commitment Cesar has is unmatched, he truly cares about his work and the individuals he trains and it shows in every personal training session. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years, all good in their own way, but none that pay attention to detail as does Cesar! He prepared a meal guide for me, checks in daily and makes sure that I’m focused during training, helping me make that mind-body connection! His level of customer commitment is unsurpassed.

Cesar is a brilliant trainer, and he brings a huge knowledge base of not only physical training methods, but the meals and macronutrients, supplements and protiens you need to most effectively exercise.
He was… always there with a word of encouragement in the gym, and it was easy to push myself harder than I ever could alone.
Not only did he make an entire meal/workout schedule for me, but he checked in daily to make sure I was sticking to it. He helped to keep me acountable and it kept me on track.
I reccomend Cesar Fitness Management if you're serious about making a change for the better

I was so afraid of working out with a trainer, especially a male one. He not only answered every stupid little question I had about nutrition but was a great motivator. He wouldn’t let you give up. He always has such a positive attitude, and he is very caring! I can’t wait to work out with him again!
