I called to make an appointment with Heather, who I have seen before. When I called I was very upset and wanted to know if I could make an appointment ASAP. The lady that answered the phone told me that Heather had a slot open for the next day. I told her I would take it. At this point I was crying and could hardly talk. I asked her if Heather had experience with elderly people that had dementia. She told me she would talk to Heather and call me back right away. I was so thankful to get an appointment so fast. That phone call was on 9/12/19 and to date they have never called me back! I'm very disappointed

The office staff was very nice except one lady calling me while I was sitting in the office have an attitude saying do you know that your appointment is now and I was sitting in the office. His bedside manner is terrible. He did get my son to engage in conversation but did not try to direct the conversation and he was
