Amy is the owner and founder of Stellar Bodies, the first Megaformer studio in the state of Georgia founded in 2011. She inspires friends, family and clients with her love of fitness and fashion. Amy is ACE certified in personal and small group training and Lagree certified on the Megaformer. Amy is constantly creating new ideas to challenge and educate the Stellar Bodies team with the workout and style.

My husband calls this workout “Stellar Bottoms” so if that’s any indication of how good of a workout this is then 😂. In seriousness, this workout is freaking hard but I love how low impact and dynamic it is. The moves never get easier even though I get stronger. Love being able to workout and build muscle without leaving completely sweaty. Highly recommend this class for anyone who wants that center ab line and Carrie underwood legs.

This workout was intense and using the reformer was challenging. Their reformer is slightly different than what I have used at other places. This workout studio has a strong culture and I felt a little out of place. I got a great workout though and I appreciated that. I probably won't be back because it didn't fit my personal style, but it is a great studio that will be a fit for many.

I think this is my favorite workout studio in Atlanta and I have taken countless. Very challenging but if you look around the “regulars” are very long and lean and in great shape. Expensive but very worth it. It never gets easier but definitely gets more achievable. It took me a couple classes to get the hang of the machine and the position cues but everyone’s really nice!

One of the hardest workout classes I've ever taken. . . I felt the shakes throughout my entire body. However, the instructor was so supportive and encouraging. Completing the class felt like a big accomplishment. So glad I stuck with it. The cost of these classes is on the higher end compared to other types of exercise classes. I may not be able to take these classes as often as I'd like to; however, I will definitely return when I can afford it.

I've been coming to Stellar Bodies for over three years and love it. Nothing beats the workout. The instructors are great and ensure I continue to make progress by providing options that will make it more challenging so I get stronger. I'm a former college athlete, an avid runner, former cross fitter, orange theory member, and Peloton junkie, and this workout is in some ways is tougher that any of those because you are solely relying on your core body strength. Try it out and keep coming back. I've never been stronger. I believe Stellar is a big contributor to my strength and overall performance

Love, love, LOVE Stellar!!! Last October my Physical Therapist suggested I begin taking this class as part of my rehabilitation following a back injury. Stellar was extremely accommodating during my healing process and really helped me shape my workouts to fit my recovery process. It’s now been a year of consistently going to Stellar. My back, core, arms, and legs have never been stronger! My balance and stamina has also significantly improved. I have so much fun going to classes every week. They truly treat you like family ❤️

I had a great time in class this morning! The studio is clean and there are no bad spots in the class. This was my first time using a megaformer so it was a bit to get used to but I'm sure by the second or third class I would get the hang of it!
Kim was my instructor and she is a superstar!! Very helpful and had a great playlist! I would 100% recommend taking a class at Stellar Bodies Midtown.

This is my favorite workout class. I struggled finding something I could commit to, but Stellar fits my needs perfectly. I've been coming for months and haven't gotten sick of it at all. Unlike other studios, the instructors don't make you do the same moves everyday that week, they instead insure a full body workout that is completely different every day. The price and the pain is worth every single penny!

I enjoy workouts on the megaformer and Stellar was the first studio that introduced me to this. The studio is small, but functional. I really like Cady, she has a good balance of different exercises. I did however have one class where the instructor had us on our wrists for a long time and it was a bit painful. Overall the studio is conveniently located in Midtown, parking is easy and the workout is challenging.

Stellar is one of the most challenging workouts, period! The megaformer is a beast of a machine but there are so many amazing exercises to do on it. It's intimidating at first but once you come a few times and get the hang of the machine, accomplishing each class feels so good. Your obliques are on fire when you leave but in the best possible way. All instructors I've taken from are friendly and helpful but I especially love Cady, Anna, and Lynn!

Cannot say enough about the workout that I love to hate! It is a 50 minute intense workout that never fails disappoint. The studio is always clean and run on a timely schedule. All the staff are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They always hold you accountable to your workout. You will see results in a short period of time!

I've completed 10 classes so far and can say that I'm seeing changes in my body already. I really liked the classes taught by Erin, Tony, and Melinda. So far they have been my favorite mostly because they give me some alternatives since I'm recovering from an injury and take medication that makes me dizzy. I highly recommend this studio. The sense of community is fantastic. The small group size ensures plenty of attention.

I love exercising, but I can't stand when gyms and clubs focus on hard they can make things or how much they can torture you with no regard to form. That's why I keep coming back to stellar bodies - the instructors keep you safe and aligned first, and then the burn quickly begins.

Unreal! I am always in search of an amazing workout and the only thing thus far that helped transform my body was the Tracy Anderson method. This is right up there and in a totally different way. You use the mega reformer for the entire class and the awesome instructors work you through challenging moves that tone your body and work all the necessary muscles. I am seriously hooked and will do this 3x a week. It's pricey but when it comes to fitness - it's worth it to me!

I arrived about 10min prior, which I HIGHLY, recommend. Lynn introduced herself, and then assisted in showing me how to use the machine for the class. She had me next to her for the workout; I enjoyed that because I could follow her movements.
After showing me how to use the machine, class begun and periodically throughout the class, she would pause her movement to make sure I was doing mine correctly, and if I was not, or if I was struggling, she would help me immediately

I have always loved Stellar Bodies Buckhead, but have never loved the atmosphere (for whatever reason, I have never felt welcome and think it is a bit snooty)...however, I have always stuck it out because it is for sure one of the best workouts in town. Well, after trying their midtown location, I can felt SO incredibly welcome (I believe the instructor was Molly) and she actually goes around and helps and corrects. I will be hiking from Buckhead to Midtown more often. Thanks for an awesome workout and fantastic atmoshere!

Wow this is such a hard class that is a really great workout. Didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this class through Classpass but when I got to the gym and saw the large machines used for working out I knew this had to be a unique class that worked your whole body and this class did not disappoint. On my first visit the instructor was excellent and showed me how to work the machine. During class she didn't leave me in the dark but instead helped in every way possible and made sure my form was correct. I've never taken a class anywhere close to Stellar Bodies so she definitely

I came here for the first time with ClassPass. My friends had told me all about it and that I would really need to try it. Parking was free (there is a lot right beside the studio that has free parking). The studio is pretty small, but clean and orderly. The check-in lady was nice. She showed me and the other two new people how to use the equipment. I work out a lot and am not usually sore after a workout. This one was a great workout for different muscles, because even though I didn't feel like it was incredibly hard at the time, I was sore two days later.

I found this studio through ClassPass & it is by far my favorite! Honestly if I could afford a few classes a week here I would drop classPass (even though I love the flexibility of being able to go to tons of studios).
I haven't had a bad instructor (& i've had about 8 different instructors so far). In fact they've all been extremely helpful, motivating, and also really tough! They're great at mixing up the workouts. It's definitely a full body workout but often they'll focus on one area more than another.
Be prepared to be sore for a couple of days

The instructors are great with demonstrating, giving pointers or modifications if needed, and motivating.
It truly is a full body workout that will get your heart rate up there.
They have free parking behind their building (as well as some reserved spots across the street).
The one thing I will note is that Google maps might try to take you to the wrong location if you just click thru the app from Google to Google Maps. The problem is easily solved with

Ellie was a great instructor! She actually showed you each move and took the time explaining what to focus on. Studio is very cute with a lot of machines compared to other places I've seen. Renee another instructor was also there and she was very welcoming! I will be a back! Oh and free parking too!
