Services
Focus on stopping the bleeding and protecting the injured tooth or area by following the appropriate instructions in this section. Virtual screening is an easy way to consult with a dentist from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Similar to braces, clear aligners use a gradual force to control tooth movement, but without metal wires or brackets.
A virtual dental consultation, also known as virtual screening, is an easy way to receive essential oral health care without having to visit the dentist's office. Talk with a board-certified dentist who can listen to your concerns, make a diagnosis, and even prescribe medication as necessary. Book an appointment online or call us to set up a live video appointment with a dentist from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crowns require two office visits. Your Dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection.
Routine dental checkups are vital to good oral hygiene and are the best way to detect problems at their earliest stages. Early detection and treatment saves unnecessary discomfort, time and money. The Academy of General Dentistry recommends checkups twice a year. Oral hygiene needs change with age and the condition of your teeth and gums.
A filling repairs and restores the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear. A dental filling strengthens the tooth. If tooth decay is not repaired at its early stages, it will worsen and additional or alternative dental treatments may be necessary. With proper care and routine oral hygiene, a filling has a lifespan of 5-12 years, depending upon the type of filling material used.

Dr. Arsiwala is AMAZING. Her staff is courteous and always helpful. We've tried a lot of dentists and it's so hard to find someone whom we trust! They only recommend what's required. Highly recommend this place!!!

Took my mum to see the dentist (her first time at this office) and the first lady we meet at the front desk gives me an attitude because we did not complete her medical history before coming. I insisted on her allowing us to finish it so she could see the dentist and before she would allow us to proceed she kept repeating herself over and over as to why we did not complete it. At this point she is already insisting we might have to come in some other time because we will be late for the appointment after we done completing the medical history forms. I eventually finish filling the forms after she

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was new to the area and had an emergency (in a lot of pain), they were more than happy to help me out. They got me in quickly and gave me a very clear plan. I have a lot of anxiety when it come to the dentist office but they did a great job.

Had a fantastic experience as a new patient! Was a bit nervous going in, as I had not been great about going to the dentist over the past few years, and felt I was going to be berated by the dentist or hygienist due to this. This absolutely did not happen. Dr. Arsiwala was so incredibly kind, helpful, and has the heart of a teacher. When explaining an issue with my gum - she made it a point to really teach me the problem and explain the solution.
My appt was for 9AM, I showed up at 8:50AM - filled out six min of medical history - and was called back promptly at 9:00 for X-Rays. Dr. Arsiwala came

After going to a different dental office and getting a quote for about $3000 for necessary dental work, I went to Woods Dental to get a second opinion. Turns out, not only do they accept the Careington discount plan that I'm on, but some of the procedures I'd been quoted for weren't even necessary! I walked out happy with clean teeth with a $300 bill and only $600 or so of upcoming work.
Marisol was very helpful in performing the x-rays and making friendly conversation while working. She clearly enjoys her job and made me feel very comfortable. Michelle, the hygienist, was very kind and gentle

Woods Dental Group is a breath of fresh air. It is finally nice to come to a dental office and be comfortable with my Dentist and my care. Dr. Arsiwala is very caring and it makes you feel like your Mom is talking to you. You are greeted when you walk in the door, and the front of house staff is knowledgeable. Jason and Brittany are helpful as can be. The Dental Assistants actually know what they are talking about and are very nice. I feel good knowing I have Woods Dental Group at my back.

My husband called with an abscessed tooth two days before Christmas (Wednesday) . The person who answers the phones said they were out of appointments and to just swish with hot salty water until he could be seen the following Monday. Proper protocol in an emergency situation is to have the dentist on call speak to the patient directly by phone and likely call in antibiotics, not to have a receptionist dispensing medical advice. My husband ended up needing emergency surgery on Christmas Day, which we found with another provider on the other side of town out of network due to the holiday. Dental

Got me in for a crown, now can't see me for 2 weeks to fix it even though I'm in pain. Also they misled me about fixing issues for no charge. first I had a crown put in and the dentist was friendly. He told me if I had any pain issues with my crown to let them know and he would take care of it, no charge since I already spent well over a grand on it. Then a couple weeks later I started getting pretty severe pain anytime I drink anything, so I called them. They told me they didn't know what I was talking about with the no charge and they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks!! They

I stayed with Dr Arsiwala from 2015-2017 and had several dental procedures done here. Since 2018, three dental crowns all fell off my teeth in about 1-2 years. The first one fall off and actually cause part of my tooth to fall off with it. After thousand of dollars spent, I still end up losing the tooth. It was so painful I had to go to emergency room. The second fell off about 1 year later at a different dental office while I was getting cleaning. And the third one just recently fell off during dinner. I take reasonably good care of my teeth since all the major procedures, and none of my teeth

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Arsiwala in Conroe and I can say without a doubt that she is an excellent dentist! She is a kind, efficient, knowledgeable doctor, and all procedures I have done have been painless, quick, and efficient. I usually get nervous when I go to the dentist, but she always makes sure I'm comfortable and explains what she's doing in detail which really calms me down. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I moved from Round Rock/Austin area and we had the same Dentist for over 6 years. I was very nervous about going to a new Dentist as I am usually very nervous. My first exam was easy brezzy and then came back for my cleaning. I knew I needed a crown on a large filling I have so it started bothering me and I thought I better just get it fixed as it was both recommended by my previous Dentist as well as Dr. Vakil. I was so nervous. Dr. Vakil was amazing. She was very gentle and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found a Dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with

What. Can. I. Say?! The staff here is over the top.

I was in to have my root canal done and crown placed. They were going to send me home with a temporary crown but I reminded the doctor that I was told it could all be done during the same visit. Little did I know how much more time was involved!

Dr. Arsiwala, Cynthia, and Hiedi all stayed after closing just so I would not need an additional appointment. And I don't mean an extra 30 minutes. They stayed an extra three hours! (My case was rather difficult.) Three hours after closing and Cynthia was still singing away. How does she do it

We go to Woods Dental and our kids go to their kiddie side - My Kids Dentist next door. We are happy, so are kids.

Staff - Everyone seems happy, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere there is great. You don't feel worried or stressed at all.

Dentist - My dentist is Dr. A. She is just like a neighbor down the street - very friendly and nice. I have a page-long "watch list"... She is not pushy at all. In fact, she tells me which one is the most urgent to do and just let the others parts wait until I am ready, mentally and financially.

Environment - The clinic is bright and

I had a really great experience here (first time).

Dr. Arsiwala was personable, gentle and knowledgable. She informed me of everything she was doing along the way and made sure I knew what was involved in my care plan.

After being examined, the receptionist contacted my insurance and brought me a print-out of what my upfront costs would be in accordance with what the doctor recommended. I ended up getting 4 composites/fillings. Two are in front, in visible areas where I had chipped my teeth. Dr. Arsiwala did a perfect job and they only ended up charging me for 3 of the fillings because the 4th

I'm very disappointed in the staff. Although they put on a great smile, the tone in their voice is the opposite. Their actions show stress and seem to be overwhelmed with paperwork. I've called and ran into the office to request a copy of our dental report and it's going on day 3 now but still no emails sent as promised.

On the other hand, I did like Dr. Vakil. She seemed knowledagle and I liked her bedside manners.

TL:DR: Great Staff, Great Doctor, Great Equipment, and Great follow up since appointment.

The Staff: Tracy the receptionist met me with a warm and friendly greeting. We carried a light hearted and fun conversation making the wait smooth and easy. Dr. Vakil informed me what was going to be done before, she met with me, while she met with me, and after. Also that if at any time anything was uncomforable, because I was in pain, they would make sure I was comfortable. I set up an appointment with the pediatric dentist, Dr. Siegel. Wasn't sure what to expect (he looks so young online!) but everything was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. This was my first time taking my children to the dentist (3 kids all under the age of 4; and I'm 7 months pregnant) so I was a little nervous as to what to expect and how I was going to keep everyone in line and calm by myself. My son has a tendency to overreact to things and was telling me he didn't want to go to the dentist from the moment he woke up that morning.

The office is small and they
