Our mission is to provide the tools and methodology to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals safely and in a timely manner. We will strive to provide clients the necessary knowledge to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue to improve their quality of life. All my life I've been involved in sports virtually year-round.
3D Fitness also offers on-line training for those who are outside of the Louisville area. This is also convenient for those in the area who already have a fitness background and have access to resistance and cardio equipment. We stay in constant communication through email and you can send photos to track your progress.
A common mistake made by most individuals seeking to improve their overall health or trying to lose weight is omitting resistance training from their plans. Most will try diets or at least some form of aerobic activity; however few ever consider the importance of resistance training. Increases metabolism, which causes you to burn more calories throughout the day (even while you sleep).
Most types of cells including the heart, nerves, and brain can only produce energy aerobically. Thats why its necessary to have a constant supply of oxygen to these cells. For example, if oxygen is prevented from being delivered to a portion of the heart, that area of the heart suffers a heart attack.
During the 24 hours in a day, approximately 60 minutes will be spent exercising. Okay, 1 hour is covered, but what you do the remaining 23 hours will make all the difference in the world. Good nutrition is your greatest ally in the quest for a lean, healthy, muscular body. We've all seen people who work out religiously day after day but never seem to have the body you would expect to see.
