Hebert is a Florida native who attended Clemson University (B.A., 1985) and continued his education at Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 1990).In 1991, he was admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court, the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
