Services
Radically Fit was built to serve the LGBTQ/POC community by offering an inclusive, body positive, safe space for anyone to workout and build strong relationships. I first fell in love with fitness shortly after my good friend passed away at a young age. We were 18, and it changed my life forever. I dealt with this death in many unhealthy ways, until I found the gym.
At Radically Fit we believe that all people, regardless of socio-economic status, should have equitable access to health and fitness services. That is why no one will ever be turned away for lack of funds. This membership gives you unlimited access to every class offered per month, PLUS it helps subsidize a member who is in the Community Cares program.
A mix of HIIT, cardio and weight training focusing on getting better at ONE exercise per week! We want y'all to walk out of the class feeling yourself and all the hard work you just completed in an hour! Radically Fit Instructor Emmet will teach how to foam roll properly, use lacrosse balls to help facilitate myofascial release and give your body the weekly tune up it may need from all your workouts.
Want more 1-on-1 instruction and personalized workout regimens to help meet your needs, goals and desires? Our personal trainers, Emmet and Luca, are available for 1 hour sessions. Personal training is a truly special service. I have been doing personal training for over 5 years. My ability to fine tune the needs of each individual to make them successful is what makes my personal training so effective.

I have body pain and wanted a space where I could get stronger, feel less pain through building that strength and move my body in ways that make me feel good. And I want to see all bodies celebrated! This gym is awesome! I've always been intimidated by gyms and exercise spaces but this place has been so good to me. I've taken classes with Emmet and they are an excellent instructor, tailoring each class according to who is there and what their preferences and abilities are. In contrast to the only other exercise environment I know (ice rinks/hockey leagues), there is absolutely no judgement or gross competitive atmosphere. Everyone in this space is encouraging of each other and there is a definite sense of comradrie.

The welcoming atmosphere has made it possible to reach fitness goals I never come close to otherwise.There's an emphasis on classes that really make you feel stronger and more free in your own body. Powerlifting, boxing and dance are all amazing workouts and stress relievers in these difficult times.

I LOVE their free community workouts! The trainers are super helpful + knowledgable, but not overbearing. I also appreciate how willing they are to work with your particular needs. You'll never be shamed for not being able to do something. They have great tips and modifications for all strength and experience levels, too.

I love Radically Fit! Their focus on body positivity is a nice change to the standard business practices of other gyms. They're LGBTQ supportive which makes the environment feel very welcoming. Plus they play great music to work out to and everyone there is always having a good time while grunting it out through the sweat! I would recommend checking out the free community work out they host once a month.

If you wanna booty...GO TO LINDSEY!!! I seriously hated working out until I started training with Lindsey. She understands where you are physically and works with you patiently but firmly to get you where you want to be. I could barely do a push up before I started working with her but now (barely 3 months later) I can dead lift 150lbs!!!! I had no idea I had that in me! Lindsey is seriously the best trainer in the bay. She makes it a great time and I find myself not only sweating but laughing. I never thought I would look forward to working out but now, on my days off, I miss it.

I've had the pleasure/honor of working with Lindsey at two different gym locations, both in group classes and personal training. I love her style, it's that tough love I need and appreciate. Her workouts are always challenging and can be scaled down/up in group classes, they are never boring, and she is super encouraging -- especially when you start to doubt yourself. From weight lifting, to core workouts, to boot camp, she always brings it! She is a great listener and pays attention to your needs and goals. You will not be disappointed!

Tl;dr Goldilocks tries to workout, ends up actually enjoying it because Lindsey listens.
I am quite fickle about working out, and not just because of all the usual reasons (it requires effort and facing personal limits and failures), but also about how I'm motivated: too much competition and I'd rather let someone else who cares more win; too little competition and I take it too easy. Too much aggressive encouragement and I resent you for not listening to my protests; too little encouragement and I think I'm doing everything wrong and don't push myself. I like running but not

Lindsey is an fantastic trainer and motivator. She not only has the knowledge and enthusiasm of a great trainer, but she is invested in her clients and wants to better know you personally in order to help you achieve your goals.
Through dynamic workouts, she has pushed me to see my body's strength and ability. She knows how to get me through the days when I just want to give up... she keeps me moving and motivated. She's awesome!

Lindsey is such a great trainer! Every time that I had a session I was challenged to do my best and I could definitely see improvements in my strength and vascular endurance after just a few sessions. She is super positive, funny, and can help you stay motivated through whatever you could be going through (like on bad workdays, woman problems, etc)! What I also loved about working out with Lindsey is that you're able to do so in small groups too. My sessions with her were some of the best workouts ever!!!

There are a lot of trainers available to us in the Bay Area, but I truly believe that there is no one quite like Lindsey. Her work outs are really challenging and you never do the same routine twice. She works closely with you to create personalized sessions based on your current level of fitness, interests and your goals. Lindsey is always genuinely excited for our work outs, and her enthusiasm is contagious; I have started looking forward to our time together and am eager to push myself a little bit harder than I had last time.
