You can tell this place really cares about what they do. I had my first dog registered, chipped and vaccinated here. I also got to say bye to her and get her cremated here in a very professional and timely manner. Thank you Crossroads! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with this place

They took in our pet when our regular vet was on vacation. They provided us excellent service even tho we were just a drop in. We have since switched over to crossroads because of the # of doctors on staff and the convenient hours and the great service to our pets we received! We were very pleased with everything. Definitely recommend.

I love how the doctors are very nice and care for your pets. You don't wait long at all if you make an appointment, but they do take emergencies as well. Definitely recommend.

I like that there's plenty of vets but the wait for walk in is still up to 3 hrs and there's extra charge for walk in. The women at the front desk can have a better attitude but I keep going for the drs.

This place suggested our 5 year old cat had to be euthanized immediately. We kindly declined. After two days of kidney flushing, she was still alive but had to be operated in order to find out what was wrong. We kindly declined. After spending $2500 on basically nothing we asked for an external second and third opinion. Both came up with a cause and accordingly a treatment plan. After 4 weeks she is again as happy as before and not dead, as suggested by crossroads.

We truly enjoyed our visit today. Our dogs were a bit nervous, being their first time there, but they kept their cool. That must mean that they want to go back, not! Very nice people and the doctor was very good. Thanks to all the people there.

I came to visit my parents from Illinois, and my 18 year old chihuahua became ill. We had all of our childhood pets as patients at Crossroads. They were quick to see my pet on the same day; I don't know what could have been better. Everyone, from the person who took my call, the young man that checked us in, the veterinary assistant who performed the preliminary assessment and to the fantastic veterinarian (Dr. Masters) who took care of Hershey, along with the ladies who checked us out after our visit was courteous, caring, and fabulous! Hershey is his old self and even went for his 1/2 mile daily

Update! My poor puppy took off his own cast while I was asleep the other night! Probably a really cheap fabric that's why he took it off. I didn't get upset at him because the vet never told me how long to even keep it on him!!!

Background: I rescued a pregnant dog I found wandering the streets--she gave birth in my home to 6 wonderful pups. I made arrangements with a rescue org to take the pups for adoption (for all but 2 that my aunt, in from Washington, fell in love with) and now fostering while we wait for forever homes. Stanley Yelnats, the oldest pup developed a honking cough and I was sure it was kennel cough, so I called the vet. My aunt decided to come along as this might be her last chance to finish vaccinations before her return trip.

The Good: I was told no appts today but we were WELCOME to come in as

The staff was so helpful! They took care of our puppy and had him better in no time. Dr Lenox even made himself available through his cell if we had any questions on the weekend. They were very attentive and understanding of our needs in visiting our dog and answering any questions we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Usually Crossroads is fantastic, but there is a new doctor (at least new to me and he isn't listed on their website), Dr. Gibson, who has a HORRIBLE bedside manner. He got irritated because we decided not to do the $1000 + treatment that he "spent all that time doing an estimate for" - he actually said this to us. Isn't that the purpose of an estimate??? After expensive tests to see what was wrong with our dog (and with no diagnosis), he then prescribed medicine for something that the dog tested negative for. It seems as if he was just trying to get us to spend as much money

Do not take your dog here! They cause more problems then they care to fix! They are over priced and are insensitive! They will leave drill bits in your dog's leg and not care! They are beyond negligent!

They are the best. Dr. Mark Lenox speaks fluent cat. The staff is professional and friendly.
They do not try to guilt you into expensive tests, medications, and procedures. They even make house calls and have Saturday appointmants. You can get same day appointments too.
Their prices are comparable with the area.
They give compassionate care. When my cat died, they sent me a card, Dr Lenox sent me a kind email, and a donation was made to a Senior Citizens' pet charity in my cat's memory.

Best Vets in the west.Unbelievable loving care for fur babies. The entire staff is completely dedicated and shows as much love for our pets as we do. They are well staffed with excellent doctors and technicians. They always keep us informed of our pet's needs. They have seen us through some critical illnesses and will do everything they can to ensure comfort and care. We would have lost our beloved Abigail had it not been for them. We will always use Crossroads for our pet care. Highly recommend.
