I started training with TS in 2020, first virtually, and now in person. From day 1, I've been blown away by the care and individualized attention that every trainer provides. Every time I walk into TS, I know I'm going to get a great workout that's tailored to my goals and my fitness level, and there are always opportunities to modify as necessary to cater to injuries. Form and technique are always prioritized, and as a result, I feel confident that my workouts at TS are both effective and safe.

I joined TS Fitness about a month and a half ago, and it really has been the best decision for me. I think at first I was a little on the fence about it because I wasn't sure if I was in shape enough to join, if I could keep up, etc. And what finally got me through the door was reading all the great reviews here and needing to get off my butt and go do something about being active again. And honestly, I think the program is designed to meet you where you're at and they support you to where you want to go. It's aligned to your goals - whether that's losing weight, being stronger

This is my go-to studio in NYC! Even though it's a mile distance from where I live, I just love the experience that the TS Fitness team provides. I've been coming to TS for almost a year now and the studio has quickly become my foundation for exercise in NYC. I've experienced the GPT, Shred and Tone classes and love them all. If you're serious about achieving results, a positive atmosphere, small-focused classes, excellent coaches (that will correct your form), TS Fitness does it all. Thank you to Noam, Chelsey, and Elvin for the constant push and positivity! :)

This is a great small boutique gym that really takes pride in coaching your form and encouraging you.
It's not jampacked like orange theory or Barry's Bootcamp so the coach really has time to take a look at you. The warm up really does focus on dynamic moves to prevent injuries.
I'm from out of town and just had a baby six months ago and really enjoyed the HIIT workouts.
Music is great. I'd go here if I lived here

Highly recommend TS Fitness! I have been working out regularly on my own and not seeing the results I wanted simply because I didn't know what workouts to do to get the results I was looking for. In one month of the nutrition program and GPT, I saw results that I didn't see after months of training on my own! Noam and team put me on a plan (and held me to it) that was easy to follow and worked! I now feel more knowledgeable about my fitness overall and how to eat and train properly!

I am beyond impressed with TS Fitness - I started back in January and in just 6 months, I'm in the best shape I've been in since I was in college. I have lost 20 lbs but most importantly:

I'm already a very active person. I've been consistently working out for over five years so I've had the chance to visit multiple studios and gyms across NYC. This studio is really special. I've been a member a little over two months now (doing the group personal training in addition to my class pass) and I'm loving it. The group personal training is tailored towards your specific goals and you receive an ample amount of education and form correction. I've taken other group training lessons before where everyone did the same thing. Not at TS. Your program is your program

Are you looking for a workout that gets results? This is the place to be! I'm no stranger to the gym (you can read my other reviews) and I pretty much work out every day. I can honestly say working out at TS Fitness has made me leaner and stronger. Noam and his attentive trainers bring a unique combination of small group training that brings the strength component (think deadlifts and badass kettlebells) and HIIT workouts (sweaty out of breath workouts). This combination is the perfect mix for seeing results. Not only will you be fit, you will enjoy the sense of community that is often lacking

The group personal training concept at TS is genius. The customized program combined with expert guidance and personal attention has helped me see big changes in my strength and overall fitness. As a runner, I tend to get lazy (or just don't make time for) strength training -- TS keeps me motivated and keeps me coming back.

I love TS Fitness! I started going HIIT classes when I joined class pass and got hooked right away! I normally take the Tuesday 8 AM class with Elvin and ALWAYS leave feeling motivated, accomplished and sore! It's definitely a great way to start the morning. The classes are small a max of 8 people per class so you get lots of attention. Highly recommend it!

Best boutique fitness studio in town. I was introduced to the studio by their HIIT classes on ClassPass and was hooked. With a maximum of 8 people and 1 coach, you really get the 1-on-1 attention you need. The classes are an action packed workout and the coaches are all great.
My favorite part about the studio is the Group Personal Training part. After an intro meeting before you start where you discuss goals and assess your strengths and weaknesses, they build you a personalized workout program. Then, you come 2-3 times per week and are in a "class" with a trainer, up to 4 people max

Great gym and workout class.
The instructor Lee was really great at keeping me moving and showing me proper technique ....the class has a great flow to it and was really great
The owner spent a lot of time telling me about their gym after and although i haven't committed they have excellent pricing for personal training

I'm a distance runner who lacks strength and core training. I decided this year that I'll work to improve in these areas so I signed up for a class at TS Fitness through Class Pass.
Since it was the day after the New Year I was the only participant in the class. T.S. Studio staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. The instructor Lee was motivating, positive and most important non-judgmental. He worked one on one with me to show me appropriate technique and how to reach my goals.
I highly recommend this studio and plan to return

TS Fitness is amazing, with personal touch and the owners so involved in the training programs you can't go wrong. I have seen TS fitness growing from inception to where it is today, an amazing organization lead by Noam Tamir the owners. Noam is an amazing guy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend TS fitness, you really cant go wrong!

An absolute challenging experience. Very small class, so you get all the attention needed to go pass your comfort zone. Small space, but is effectively constructed to provide optimal use and comfort. Locker room sucks, but the showers make up for that tenfold.
Truly the hardest, most fast paced workout I've ever had. So long as TS Fitness continues to post on Class Pass I'll remain a loyal fan.
Tips: Make sure you arrive 10-20 minutes early, once class starts you cannot jump in late. Make sure you calculate the time it takes to walk from the train station, the gym was a lot further

I used to go to the gym and do my "routine". With basic knowledge of weight training, nutrition and healthy living - I wasn't really obtaining the results I wanted.
I thought it might be a good idea to see a personal trainer. After several sessions with Noam, I started seeing immediate results. I didn't realize how my "form" was off when doing deadlifts. Noam was clear and direct about how I should correct my form and improved my knowledge of weight training. Not only did I feel better physically after TS Fitness training, I also felt more focused and less stressful
