What a wonderful find! Called a friend who is a real estate agent and asked if she had used Bear Printing. She highly recommended the company. I decided to try them (we are not in real estate) because of her comments, and our company is very happy with the results!!
Sofia is a treasure. I received an email because a PDF I sent had some blurry images. Pages was used for the design. Sofia was patient, and had suggestions. Beautiful quality -- previously paid Office Depot three times the amount of Bear Printing.

We've been using Bear Printing for years for real estate paper flyers and permaflyers because the pricing is really great for printing in color and for the relatively small quantity (125) when we used to order paper flyers (we now just do permaflyers). They are easy to work with, too.

Don't do it. The price is right, but you're absolutely getting what you pay for from these people.
It took three weeks, and phone calls to four different people who all had conflicting stories to get a refund for something that they screwed up. They will talk over you, interrupt you, condescend to you, and flat out lie to you about your order. You'll also have the same conversation again and again, because no one will make a note of why you called. I haven't figured out if it's malicious, or just an abject lack of competence.
This is why they charge you up front, before

I discovered this business while visiting a relative in Hayden, Idaho in July 2016. I was strolling through a gated community and noticed a wonderful sign post with a weather proof property information board for a home being sold. I was so impressed with this novel idea. No concern about an empty flyer box with this professionally printed board screwed to the sign post. Once home, I contacted Bear Printing and received wonderful training and customer service from "Janelle." I have 3 companies and have been with Jennifer ( Bear Printing ) for 20 years. They know how important my time is each day so I only hear from them twice after placing my order, once for proofing and second and final delivery. Also the work is always GREAT and on time. Sometimes sooner then the deadline...THAT GREAT. THANK YOU O ALL THE STAFF.

I have been a customer of Bear Printing for over 10+ years and I really can't say anything but good things about them. First off, their pricing is the best and their work is always superb. I have always found them to be pleasant. I ran into a situation one time that someone was a bit short, but everyone has a moment every now and then, certainly doesn't reflect on their business and quality of service.
I recently had my mother's celebration of life programs printed there and once again... SUPERB JOB!!! I was coming in from Dallas, TX to have the services there in Portland and there wasn't even

Despite past troubles, the really cheap prices made me give it another try.HORRIBLE IDEA! I sent the order with details and files TWO WEEKS and even with 12 emails and 3 phone calls I wasn't able to receive the assistance to get the job done. Three business days would pass before getting a response! It took emailing another local printing company once and one phone call to get it all taken care of. It was a simple color issue. Bottom line is Bear Printing is CHEAP for a reason, never agin will I ever make the mistake of taking my business to them.

Taking my two star down to a one. Not sure why it's so difficult for them to understand the concept of quality customer service, but it's apparently a bit too difficult for them to wrap their heads around. Robyn has to be the absolute worst! I cringe when I get replies from her - that's when they finally come - if at all. I typically have to follow up two or three times before one of them finally figures out they've dropped the ball again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Bear Printing! HUGE waste of time and energy trying to deal with them.

I had 2 holiday cards printed by Bear. While loading the scanned images onto their website wasn't exactly easy - the woman who was "lucky" enough to keep getting my phones calls was patient and extremely helpful. The cards came quickly and the quality was even better than I expected.
I will happily use them again for printing work - price, quality and service - all excellent!

Bear printing ... poor customer service. Be aware that what they offer on their website is just NOT delivered. I placed an order online Thursday evening after conferring with the staff that my print job would be ready the next day. I rec'd an email that the order was rec'd on Thurs eve. At 430pm I called asking if the order was ready...left a message since noon e was answering. They called back...NOT ready..perhaps on Monday. When Jennifer, Manager, called she said that was regular operating procedure and nothing she could do. Please BEWARE that they do not deliver as promised
