They even give us rides to/from our house if they have enough staff. Haven't been here for a while but today l had service done to my 2009 CRV - radiator coolant flush and couldn't be happier. On time, professional service. My husband had an issue with his A/C and we went to another shop that charged my husband $1000 and in 2 weeks going forward we had to go back weekly for charge.

I've been coming to Honest -1 for over ten years and Manny and his crew have always exceeded my expectations. They have taken care of both my wife's Honda CRV and my truck. My last visit was for some general maintenance and tires for the Honda, but was complicated by the fact that the keys had been misplaced. We had a locksmith cut a new set, but after $200+, the keys ended up triggering the anti theft system and the car wouldn't start. Honest-1 Auto Care was great! They were very honest and upfront with me. I took my very old car for an oil change and inspection. After the inspection, it turns out that I needed a ton of repairs that would have been worth over two thousand dollars. However, they told me that my car was not worth putting in two thousand dollars and that I should just junk it and buy a new one. I really appreciated them being so transparent even if it meant them losing out on so much money.

I was looking for a dealership alternative to service my 2019 Chevy Tahoe. After reading multiple reviews for Honest-1 Auto Care, I brought my car for service. The entire staff is very professional and personable. I called and spoke to Jason about a minor repair. He was very pleasant and made an appointment for me. Upon arriving, Joshua greeted me with a warm smile and inquired what repairs were needed. He took my keys immediately and handed them over to the mechanic for minor repairs. Joshua accepted my call and made sure I was well taken care of with a new battery, oil change and info on upcoming maintenance that needed to be done. Everyone was very cool and friendly. As I was waiting in the lobby, I really liked what I saw when it came to their customer service. You could tell that people liked the service there because everybody seemed to know everybody. Highly recommend. Coming off a terrible experience with University Dodge, I yanked the car from them and drove directly to Honest 1. They have great mechanics and staff who are friendly that guarantee satisfaction. My only suggestion for improving their service is checking the mileage with the cars service manual. That way I could've done the full engine change and prevented another trip back due to some other part on my engine breaking. It might've seemed more expensive to do the engine change than the minute repair but the separate break downs, tows to the shop and loss of productivity are a heavier drain on my time and wallet. This place is till awesome though!

What can I say about honest one auto care, they are absolutely amazing. Been going there for the last six years because my mother has been going there for another six years. They're like family to me now and I wouldn't go any other place to get any auto work done. I've only done an oil change once and was impressed by the care and professionalism received by both, the techs and front agents. I ended up bringing my car here again thinking I needed a new alternator but it was simply a faulty battery and they did not charge me for the inspection and was done in five minutes.

Their name fits their description. I came in convinced I had a suspension issue which costs a lot I'm sure. I paid the consultation fee and come to find out it was a super simple fix that had nothing to do with my suspension at all. I am sure if I went to a dishonest place they would've charge me for something related to suspension because I would have been convinced I needed it so I would have been an easy sell.

Thank Goodness for Yelp! I am the first to admit that being a foodie I started using Yelp exclusively for dining out. However, today while driving out of my hood, I received a warning from my Hum by Verizon device that there was a low battery warning on my car. Since moving to Florida, this has been the only place I trust my car to be in good hands . I have been to the location in Daytona and Fort Lauderdale. They are very honest and here's why ; I left my car lights on overnight and had to call AAA in the morning. I called and went to numerous places to get my trucks AC fixed. I went to this one after a search on the internet and everyone said great things about it. So I went to check it out.

Okay first of all I just read another review of another pregnant lady that this company tried to screw over and I'm here to second that! I'm pregnant and took my car in for an oil change. To start, I had called them and asked for a price for my car and agreed to come in. When I got there the price went way up! That was the first red flag.
