CGA has provided site development for facilities ranging in size and complexity from simple drainage improvements to development for a 90 acre industrial complex, requiring mass grading, hydraulic studies and utility design. CGA has provided structural design on projects ranging from minor renovations to multi-level building design.
Site development services for a new 45,000 square foot police facility in south Fort Worth. The project included paving, drainage and utilities. The new complex consists of City Hall, a Senior Activity Center, a Public Safety Building, and Library. The project is expected to achieve LEED certification.
