Campos Engineering designs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for new and existing buildings. It is the MEP systems that bring a building to life. Imagine a building without heat, air conditioning, lighting, or plumbing. The mechanical systems heat and cool the building making the occupants comfortable while spending time in the space.
The testing, adjusting, and balancing service brings the MEP design to life by verifying the systems meet the design intent and ensuring that the end-user has an efficiently functioning HVAC system at the end of the project. At the start of a project, Campos will identify the project goals and objectives with the client and project team.
Commissioning services are the owners' best means of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Commissioning ensures collaboration between the contractors on a project. The commissioning process verifies and documents that selected building systems have been designed, installed, and function according to the owner's requirements and construction documents as well as meet minimum code standards.
