As Principal, Mr. Anzotegui is responsible for the effective operation of the company. In a supervisory capacity, Mr. Anzotegui directs the activities of engineers, designers, manages the workload, and provides quality control. He is specifically charged with ensuring that ProCon's high level of performance is maintained in the areas of project design and coordination of construction phase services.
Mr. Anzotegui also directs client development efforts and serves as high-level client liaison and he also evaluates and adjusts manpower requirements. Mr. Lopez has 35 years of experience in HVAC and general mechanical engineering production and is involved with site investigation, coordinating mechanical and plumbing engineering and design for our projects.

ProCon has extensive experience conducting Fault Current Analysis, Protective Device Coordination, and Arc Flash Studies. In 2016, we performed 20+ Arc Flash Studies throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
The purpose of the Arc Flash Hazard Study is to identify the potential arc flash hazard at electrical equipment within the facility in compliance with NFPA 70 and 70E, conduct calculations based on IEEE 1584 method, and affix Arc Flash Labels throughout the facility in order to apprise qualified persons of the calculated incident energy levels, arc flash boundaries, working distance, minimum required protective clothing and PPE while performing work on equipment while energized.
