Everyone was very professional and extremely nice! I could tell it was a place where the animals were loved. Sometimes people work just for a job. I got the feeling these people work there for the love of animals. The vet was great! Took the time to explain everything and so down-to-earth. Would recommend Ralston Vet to everyone!

The doctor and staff are very caring and thorough. This was an annual for Bear along with taking care of a couple of concerns. The doctor closely listened and provided a few options to take care of the issues we discussed. We really love going to Ralston Vet because they care about pets as much as the owners do. We've been going there for several years.

They are extremely nice at Ralston Vet. Not just to my dog but to myself & my children. I had to bring my 2 year old son & my friend's 2 year old daughter with me. While we were waiting the front desk staff talked to the kids & gave them coloring stuff. My dog was nervous but she calmed down & was very cuddly with the staff. They explained everything to me in good detail & made sure I understood how to care for my pup while she heals.

Location has gone down hill. I've been going here since 2004 and there has been a steady decline in service and compassion for pets. Dr. Jernigan has no bedside manners or compassion. Avoid him looking at your pet. He's 0-4 in my experience with him. He needed to retire years ago.
If you want the positive it's 2 long time techs and Dr Kennedy. Brandon and Brittany are the reasons we've continued to support this clinic with our current pet. We have decided to seek a different clinic for our new 8 week old dog. We choose a new clinic from our experience, others experience

EXCEPTIONAL staff! Very gentle and patient with my young pup, thorough communicators, and very knowledgeable in answering all of my (many) questions as a first time dog owner. Facility is clean and welcoming.… Front desk staff runs like a well-oiled machine. My only complaint would be the Covid precautions, but that is out of their hands. I will definitely be recommending Ralston Vet to friends and family. Thanks for taking such great care of my fur baby! :)

Ralston Vet is amazing! We've been going here since the 1990s, before it was even in the current location. We have continuously had amazing care that goes above and beyond. Currently, our two doggos go here (as well as my parents' dog). Dr. Berry is who we regularly see, but all the vets and staff are great. Lots of patience, they'll thoroughly answer all of your endless questions. My Sister was down looking at and purchasing a new home in the area. She brought her dog down with her just as most of us would. The dog did what dogs do and got into it with a raccoon. We called into this vet and told them the situation and we wanted to bring the dog in for a booster and to get checked out as raccoon bit him in the face in several places. We told receptionist that his records were up in MN and that she had gotten the dog from a shelter in Wisconsin. A copy of the adoption a vaccines would be available there. The clinic said go ahead and bring the dog in and provide records

We have utilized Ralston Vet for over 18 years and could not be more pleased with the service that we have received. They are professional, courteous and carrying for our pets and have extended visitation hours. We have appreciated when they have gone the extra distance in helping us with our dog's eye care issues and the tremendous care provided for our cat during the last few months of his life. We have been here for all three of our cats. Huge, clean, spacious facility. The waiting room is ginormous, which I love, because it means my cat carrier isn't wedged next to John Doe and his big ol' barking dog. No shade on barking dogs - they just stress out the cats. (They have a cat side and a dog side.) Reasonable techs and consistent sensible diagnosis on the vet's part. I love that they do no appointment walk-in appts on Saturday - this saved us an emergency hospital visit. It's pricier than some places, sure, but I don't feel like I'm being taken for a ride

I love Ralston Vet enough to continue taking my dogs there despite the fact that I moved across town. Dr. Demyan is the absolute best. When one of my dogs had an ongoing issue that brought him in several times over a couple weeks, she called almost daily to check in on him. I was also able to get him in right away during near-emergencies. I felt completely supported during a very stressful time. Besides that, the techs are very gentle and patient with my dogs. The waiting area is huge, which is great for pets that need space from other animals during a stressful trip to the doctor.

Left my little kitty here for the weekend when I went out of town. The cat condos are spacious, clean, and set in a quiet corner room away from the dogs. I was impressed with the customer service from the initial phone call through the guided tour and my cat's ultimate stay. When I arrived to pick her up at the end of the weekend, she was at a healthy weight and sat placidly in their arms on the walk to the lobby. I trust that they will good care of her again while I'm overseas during the next few weeks!
