The Moose Tooth Grill is a family friendly restaurant in beautiful Lake George Village of upstate New York. We offer a fun atmosphere for dining with your family. So stop by after having some excitement with all Lake George has to offer and appease your hunger and thirst. Moose tooth has something for everyone!
Young guests can enjoy items from our kids menu. Top it off with a fun staff, a player piano, games on TV, and a lot of fun! The moose's association with water is so distinctive that moose may appropriately be considered the hippopotamus of the north country. Hey Kids! Don't forget to try our Homemade Root Beer! Starbucks coffee is available for those caffeine cravers as well.

The food was fine, nothing special. The southwestern quesadilla was basically taco beef and cheese in a tortilla. The chicken and waffles special was great as individual parts: great waffles, great chicken; but together the Cajun chicken and apple spice waffles and Thai chili sauce didn't work together. The drink special pumpkin Kentucky mule tasted like a paper straw in a water down bourbon. Overall, not a strong showing.

You should try their black bean burger. We also ordered some Nachos. They were done deliciously with some Jalapenos under the cheese. The ambience was made to look like a jungle, and my daughter loved it. The piano and the music was a little loud, but I guess that was needed to over power the chatter everyone was having during lunch :) . Overall great experience.

This place looked great based on the reviews it has received. We decided to check it out on our first day in Lake George. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was no trouble with the service. But the food was awful. Both mine and my daughters food was so incredibly greasy that we didn't even eat it. Typically I wouldn't say anything about it but I mentioned it to our waitress and the manager did reduce by bill slightly. Still paid $50 for less than tolerable food. Would not recommend.

My kids like it because of the decor. However the food is just okay. Also waitstaff aren't honest with some prices/specials. My husband asked for flights. You get four for 10.99, however what she brought him was something else and were charged $26 instead. He also asked if they sing because it was my birthday. They said yes. They brought out some fudge/syrup thing. Which he didn't ask for, just the singing, and charged him $6 for it. It would have been fine, but it was gross and we couldn't quite figure out what it was. My kids wouldn't even eat it. Overall we were overcharged $40 without knowing

Choose to vacation this year at the southern end of Lake George. We were not expecting the "Beach boardwalk" atmosphere that surrounds the lake beginning at Ft. William Henry (yea, I know...just a coincidence!)
As this vacation was done somewhat on a whim, we just rolled the dice on food options, just choosing what we thought might be good.
We rode our bikes into town and found the Moose Tooth Grill at the northern end. They have outdoor seating, and one of the benefits of that is you can kind of get a peek at what others are having. There was also a place there to lock up the bikes, so we decided

This restaurant was very nice. Warning, the wait is long. We waited 55 minutes. It's nice though they keep you informed of your position by both a text and link to see your actual position in wait list. Insure it was due to the volume of customers. But the service was slow and spotty. Food was great and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Recommended eatery but give yourself a couple of hours if going in season.

The food was good, nothing great but adequate for this type of kitschy resteraunt. The service was slow but with llaces unable to get help it was understandably delayed. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The bartender was running drinks seating people and cleaning tables so my hats off to the staff. The bad was the first beer I ordered wss flat and the place was dirty very dusty and just generally in need of a deep clean

I'm not really sure how this place has such great reviews. The first qualm I have is that they make you park your stroller away from you. I understand not letting it be in the way but I stressed the entire time that someone was going to swipe it as it was out of site. Meanwhile, another table got to keep their double right by them so I guess rules don't apply to everyone?
The rainforest like show is ok, however it didn't even catch my toddler attention so there is that. The food definitely is terrible. They didn't have unsweetened iced tea as they had run out. Well grab a couple

At Lake George with the family for the first time. Have found the food to be overpriced and under quality at most of the places we have tried. $100 bills for takeout pizza are a little bit much each night.
Had just my 2 boys tonight and did some research on where we could eat out.
Found this place on Yelp. Read through the reviews. So many great ones but also so many horrible nasty ones. Almost didn't try the place.
Here are my thoughts to the 2 most frequent complaints I found on here.
1) Dirty. I did not find it dirty but understand why people would say that

Nice spot right in the town of Lake George serving up American fare. The decorations inside remind me a bit of a Rainforest Cafe, complete with "lightning and thunder" sound effects. We started with mozzarella sticks as our appetizer and for my entree, I went with one of their specials for the day, a Blue Moose Burger, which was good. I upgraded to their onion rings with campfire sauce. The campfire sauce was delicious and my wife started dipping her fries in in. My younger son like his swampy pizza, which was a cheese pizza and on what appeared to be like a Boboli crust. He's a

Really cute environment. My daughter loved it. Service was excellent and our waitress was very accommodating and upbeat. I wish i remembered her name.
The food was just okay. Processed and not much attention to presentation. It was one of the better places that we ate at while in the area for vacation. Lake George does not have good food at all!

Went to the Moose Tooth with the family including to kids. We have allergy concerns and I am glad to say the staff was extremely accommodating with peanut and tree but allergies. The food was exactly as expected and the kids enjoyed the pizza and chicken fingers. Great spot for the family looking for a fun place.

I've been to this restaurant twice already. The food is tasty and the desert is tastier. (Hint* get the S'mores) they also have a good selection of local beers. I ordered the JD Steakhouse Burger, which was tasty. But, It was kind of small compared to some burgers I like at the burger bars I go to.
The interior of the restaurant is cute with it's decorations but they try and fall way short with other restaurants of the sort i.e. Rainforest Cafe, and T-rex in Disney Springs. But that won't stop me from going back next time I visit lake George.

Warm and friendly staff. Quick service. Great beer selection. They're owned by Adirondack Brewery, so they have all the Adirondack beers. They have all styles of beer, not just the usual trendy IPA's. Great pub food. Bottomless fries are a big plus. Interesting decor and animal sounds. Recommended place to eat and drink.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and my partner ordered the seared salmon. The salmon was dry. The mashed potatoes were dry also and the green beans were not adequately blanched. The salmon order might have been a challenge, but I find it hard that the salad also left much to be desired. It was carrot chunks and celery chunks tossed onto an inferior old salad that was supposed to be romaine. The chicken, which appeared to have been pre-frozen for some time was defrosted and cooked too long. It's difficult to get a salad wrong, but they achieved that. This was a take out order. Fortunately

We came in here to drink so the server brings a beer menu with like a dozen beers and then tells us she only had one beer , then we had to order food so we got boneless chicken wings with some sort of BBQ sauce on them they were really dry and the sauce was really nasty. The server was super nice, they had only 2 desserts so she went next door to the ice cream place and got me some vanilla ice cream for free.

Cute place inside ! It's very forest themed. Every 10 minutes thunderstorm would occur. The lights flickered and you heard rain along with really cool blue lights hanging from the trees to generate the rain! It was neat experience. You also hear animal sounds near by as you eat .
Service was good, attentive . They make homemade root beer in these awesome mugs that you can buy for 6$ ! It's so worth it
Food was good ! Had a JD burger which had bacon onion cheese and Jack Daniels sauce. Very tasty. Give it a try!

This is our first time in Lake George and the first place we stopped for dinner. The service and food were impeccable!! Our waitress checked on us more than once to make sure we had everything (but was not overbearing) and was incredibly friendly.
Moose Tooth was also following social distancing precautions and had hand sanitizer upon entry and at each table.
I highly recommend!!

Moose Tooth Grill was okay. Just that.
I think that this place is a fun experience that you should try if you are in Lake George, but it definitely is not the best restaurant that is in the area. The restaurant is a bit dirty and it's a bit too chaotic. Everything is a bit dated. The food was okay. I mean, what I'm trying to say is that you shouldn't go in there expecting a 5 star meal. But, it is filling and reasonably priced. They also have a good selection.
One thing that I must commend is the staff. Everybody that was so kind and upbeat. Whoever hired all of the staff members

This was recommended by our hotel . We were sat without the "traditional" moose ears for the kids. We ordered mozzarella sticks and nachos for appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were good but presented on a plate of thickly grated Parmesan cheese and lettuce. The nachos were very greasy with beans and tomatoes Tossed on top. The fiesta salad was good however the amount of chicken was very minimal... maybe 3 oz. the BLT was gross. Very greasy with fatty, uncooked bacon. I didn't let my son eat this. The 2 kids meals were fair. The only positive of this experience was our server.
