Services
A typical acupuncture treatment session is about an hour long and may include electric stimulation (also known as TENS) and heat therapy, and cupping or stretching. Acupuncture points are stimulated to help increase circulation, reduce chronic and acute pain, and alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and insomnia.

Wilton is such an incredible practitioner! The care and service you receive is absolutely top of the line. He knows his stuff, is fully attentive to your acupuncture needs, and is 100% committed to his patients feeling better and seeing results. This city is sadly filled w. so-so, insanely overpriced holistic treatments. Wilton is an expert in this field and New York is lucky to have him.

I hesitate to write a review because I'm afraid I'll never get an appointment with Wilton again! I am two weeks away from having a baby and I've had almost zero pain or discomfort the entire time, and I definitely give him a lot of credit for that. Wilton's combination of acupuncture and massage have been relaxing and healing, and his whole energy is just wonderful. And he takes my insurance! I can't say enough good things about him. I've been to a few acupuncturists and he is hands down the BEST.

Wilton is superlative in his ability and knowledge of his craft; I have seen a handful of acupuncturists over the years and Wilton is by far, the best of the bunch. He is extremely attentive to both physical (and emotional!) needs and takes care to address anything new or recurring with professional acumen.

Wilton is a lifesaver. He's flexible, professional, and is the only person in five years who has been able to relieve pain in my shoulder. It doesn't matter how long it was since my last appointment, he always remembers where my problem spots are, what works, what doesn't, what my husband's name is, where I last traveled on vacation, cat stories I've told - he honestly listens and cares. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone (and I do!)

I received a last minute treatment from Wilton last night for self-inflicted pain from playing too many video games. He was happy to fit me in last minute and did not make me feel rushed one bit - he even added 10 minutes of massage at the end of the session !!

So I've seen a total of 4 acupuncturist and none provided me with effective relief like Mr. Valerio. Its funny how it worked out because my usual acupuncturist was not available and I needed a session asap. Mr.Valerio accommodated me and fit me in right away. I would say after the 2nd treatment I was feeling signs of relief.
I would highly recommend him. The place is affordable, clean, calming, quiet and he is a solid down to earth person that really wants his patients to feel better.

I found Wilton on a combo of Yelp and Zocdoc and thought I'd go for it as he was the most responsive to my emails and answering the questions I had about my health problems. I have a mix of nerve pains throughout my body, myofascial points, emotional issues, and digestion issues, and surprisingly, Wilton has been able to address it all. He treats the root of the problem, not the symptoms. And he really cares your well being. I highly recommend him! I've already recommended him to a coworker/friend who plans on going back.

After not having much luck with prescription medicines for controlling my high blood pressure, I started seeing Wilton and I'm very pleased with the results from the acupuncture and herbs he prescribed. I've also noticed it helps alleviate stress and gives a general feeling of well-being. Wilton is very flexible with scheduling, and is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Being relatively naive to accupuncture, Mr Valerio made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. More importantly he helped relieve the pain and inflammation from my sprained ankle injury. My sports medicine doc said that he thought that the treatments helped my ankle heal faster as well. All and all a positive experience. Highly recommended.
