Great place. Everyone is chill and nobody bothers you. I've had training sessions here and Adrian is awesome. Equipment is kept up well, place is always being cleaned. Can't speak to classes but they offer those as well. Reasonable, private, everything you want in a gym!

Between the apathetic staff and the sheer volume of payment, West O Fitness is a scam. Their attatchments for certain machines are plastic. Even their clips have found a way to be outdated. The only redeeming quality of this shabby gym is the hoist machines. These are of good quality, and I genuinely enjoyed using them. I honestly would've given a higher rating if the staff just didnt exist.

Buyer beware. Just prior to the end of my one year membership contract, I contacted them 3 times to cancel (at the completion of my term) - twice by phone and once in person (per their requirements). Two months later they are still taking automatic payments out of my account!!!! Accommodating on the front end to sign up! Terrible about ending contracts! One shouldnt have to ask a fourth time and ask for the manager or owner!

Typical low grade gym and typical unethical tactics. went I wanted to cancel my month to month membership they made me come in and talk to some staff that clearly didn't care + I sent an email in just to make sure they had my request. Well 2 years later I see that I have a collections claim on my credit from these guys for $80. DO NOT, DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

This gym is wonderful! Granted I haven't got much experience with gyms but it is a great starter gym, and from what my gym buddy tells me, also a great gym for experienced gym goers! I would highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a well priced gym that isn't so busy you can't find a spot to park!

I love having a place to go workout on the weekends. It's quite a large place with several treadmills, bikes, weight machines, free weights, squat racks, sauna, hydro massager, locker rooms, battling ropes, and aerobic room. The gym is a 24 hour access facility with your membership card. Definitely worth the value! Give it a try!

When I had originally joined West O fitness, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I even gave them a 5-star review on Facebook. The amenities are great, the facility was clean, price was good, and the staff was friendly. This was right when the gym opened. Over time, the cleanliness and maintenance declined. The bathrooms were often dirty and unusable, shower nozzles fell off in the showers, and soap dispensers fell off of walls. The gym quickly became overcrowded, and with not many machines per body part, a certain workout may be wasted due to nothing available.

This gym is falling apart quickly with no repairs in sight. Benches keep breaking and they keep moving them to the corners. Now both leg press machines have been broken for a couple weeks and I'm betting on they'll never be fixed. It's also very awkward to go in the evening since they stop playing music whenever they want to. I've been there at 8, working out in a silent gym, while there's about 15 people there? Is music that expensive?

A Manager 'wannabe' working on a Sunday afternoon is not very good at managing, or they would have their employees working. If you are going to use the 'I'm The Manager' line to demand any kind of respect, you may want to dress the part, rather than looking like you just rolled out of your double-wide. Obviously you take mo pride in your role, if it is indeed, as a member of management, which is doubtful!
Demanding that a member have eyewear or not letting them use a Tanning Booth, because it is a Federal Law, rather than making the standard notification to the member

When I joined I ignored the reviews on Facebook because I tested out a few classes and they were really good (it's all about the instructor). Speaking of reviews... where did they go? West O must have taken them down because they were all VERY unfavorable.
That awesome instructor has now quit because the managers and owners would never reply to her messages. When I signed up I said I was a class girl and was concerned about the number of classes. I was told they were working hard to add more! I went today at 7:00 and class was canceled
