I was previously a member back in 2017 & when we moved back to SA I rejoined. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The yoga & build classes are my favorite but they offer so much more. Join you won’t regret it!

Absolutely live the Union! Being someone who loves both crossfit/weightlifting AND hot yoga, there were so many class options that I could go to. Its hard to find the combination of fitness class options that the Union offers. Plus, the community, owners, and staff are simply the BEST.

I've been a member of The Union since 2011. It's simply THE BEST place in San Antonio to practice yoga, pilates, TRX, Crossfit, and a slew of other classes. Three locations around town make it super convenient and all locations have clean restrooms and shower facilities. The staff is first rate! These are again THE BEST, most talented, professional instructors I've had the pleasure to train under. A lot of people say that yoga changed their lives. I say that yoga at THE UNION changed mine! Take a few classes here. You won't be sorry!

Became a member in May 2021 and love it. The yoga classes are amazing but my favorite class to take is the Xfit. I love the challenge and the feeling of achievement! Definitely recommend visiting and trying a class or two.

I'm not a guy you'd look at and think "he likes doing yoga", but looks can be deceiving. It started out as real struggle sessions but over time I felt my body love me for it. The instructors are amazing and the community is so friendly and welcoming. I'm moving and won't be able to take this place with me and that makes my mind and body really sad, but I'm happy that it's here. The Nidra class gave me the best sleep I've ever had, the 60 minute bikram class was my center of gravity during hectic/draining weeks, and I even enjoyed that one time I accidentally

I was looking in San Antonio for a studio that could help me to work my mind and my body at the same time... after a lot of searching I found The Union.
When you go to a gym, you have a gym teacher not a yoga teacher.......The Union has the best yoga teachers in all San Antonio and the best environment, they really help me to work mindfulness my body!.
Now I love it so much that I am doing the Yoga Teacher Training... I really want to be part of this amazing place!!

The Union is not a yoga studio. It's a home for yogis. No matter your level you will feel at home. The teachers are warm, friendly and patient. The staff always have time for you. The other students are friendly and welcoming. If you have never done Bikram yoga before, it is a really amazing experience. Yes it's hot! But don't be intimidated the teachers look after you and no one pushes you beyond your comfort level.
Overall this is one of the most gentle and welcoming places I've ever done my practice.

I only attended the yoga class. It focus more on the individual poses. I prefer more of a flow however the flow class they offered didn't fit my schedule, it was only offered in the mornings while I'm at work. Great class. Nice instructors.

I'll start by saying that the infernos pilates class is my favorite because it's definitely an intensive cardio based class and one you can most definitely expect to SWEAT your booty off. The heat is great and after the class one feels cleansed from releasing all the toxins. My three star rating is due to not so nice / smart management or PR. I purchased the out of town week trial and mistakenly went in one day past the expiration. (I bought it on a Sunday and thought I would one more day / last work out the following Sunday). Once they told me it had expired, already being there ready

I was not a fan of the Inferno Pilates class. It is like walking into a Zumba class and being the only one who doesn't know the routine. The instructor did not offer any alternative movements. I felt it was a very advanced class and that was not mentioned in the class description when I signed up. Your first time there they do not charge you for a towel and mat but after that they will if you do not bring your own.

As a practicing yogi (mostly Bikram) for roughly 18 years more or less, I really enjoyed this place! I did not see the lockers so I cannot attest to what some of the other reviewers are saying. But I can say that from what I saw, some enhancements would be nice.

My instructor for YOLK was great and engaging! Loved her!

I am giving them four stars for two minor things, otherwise I would give them the 5. One, they offered me water, which I took. What they failed to tell me was that it was $2. I don't care about having to pay for water especially when I forgot my own water bottle. What bothered

Worst service ever experienced in my life!! Go find some place else for your yoga. Their bussiness practice is so shady. I asked for a cancellation before the end of the month but they still charged me money for the next month and refuses to refund me because I was late by their so called deadline by a few days!

So I will start by saying I absolutely loved hot Pilates and the instructor. She was so much fun. Monday I went with my boyfriend to the 5pm class and I felt the instructor was rude. I have arch issues on my left foot as well as issues with my IT band from a torn muscle and he kept calling me out in front of everyone for not having proper form. He did the same to my big jungle gym sized boyfriend who isn't very flexible and certain position were not going to work. 30 minutes into the class we walked out. We paid for a 1 week trial. I feel that if you don't know the circumstances on a

I have always hated walking into an intimidating environment (who likes it, really?). Every yoga studio I've ever been to has seemed to look down on me or treat me like I'm less than for asking simple questions (like where's the bathroom?). I came to the Huebner Oaks location to try one session out knowing that if I liked it I'd get a year pass.

Within two minutes of walking in I got a year pass because that's how exceptional it was. I was greeted at the front by open and kind people (one who turned out to be my instructor-thanks Mike!). They explained everything to

I used to love LOVE, this place up until January started. With the new year "resolutioners" the place is crammed to ridiculous levels. No room for the comfortable practice of the poses and the staff doesn't care. They let everyone in no matter how tightly packed it gets. They used to ask people to reserve in advance but now its a free for all and it seems all they care about is the fees they collect from the members. It doesn't seem like they care for quality environment. I am beyond sad! This used to be my oasis and haven after a long day of work. Now it has been ruined by

I really like this studio.

I love all the instructors and have gotten a warm welcome from them all, in yoga and crossfit. I think it is something to try especially because everyone has different preferences and you will learn every instructor is different. Some instructors talk and some do not. At this studio they do not do music but I have done hot yoga in OKC and they played music and a friend of mine, also a member, did not like that they played music as I did not care either way.

It is a bit pricey and that may be the only reason I would not renew my contract as prices are going up this

Before I write this review I would like to offer a little bit of background. I live in Austin, TX. I am 28 years old. I am a former gymnast and a runner. I use "Classpass" which allows me to go to many different yoga studios in and around Austin. I have done almost every type of yoga offered in the area including "hot yoga" and "Bikram Yoga", which is the class I will be reviewing. I took this class with Shane.

I gave the studio 1 star because of the way I was treated. It upsets me that this kind of place exists. I would have given the studio 3 stars had I

I'm not new to yoga, I've practiced on and off for a few years now, and I've even done hot yoga before; however, this was my first time trying Bikram yoga and it's a little different. First off, I think the studio offers a great intro special. If you haven't tried hot yoga before, they have a great beginners deal $20 for 7 days of unlimited classes, and that includes all their San Antonio studios and crossfit.
One thing I didn't like was how the studio is carpeted. I think it's a little unsanitary, i haven't been to a hot yoga studio with carpet because
